I suppose if you talk inside their room instead of outside the door within earshot of others. I got the impression you still had to shop around to find it, though. At Artemis, it was offered as part of the 100 Euro / 30 minute session. I am sure it is not a problem getting all types of services in Warsaw if the money is right.
