When I went there and paid 1. 2 K, he showed me the menu book and said theirs is an international spa with top quality rooms and service and the price is generally 2. 3 K and he can't go below 1. 5 K. When I confronted him about the rate agreed upon over phone, he said that he mentioned that rate just so that I would visit and see the facilities in person. This pissed me off. But still I went ahead and paid him 1. 5 K. When I asked him for selection, he took me aside and said he had only 2 girls available. He said that the reception desk has a camera with mic enabled and he can't talk freely, since the owner is monitoring blah blah blah.
