In my opinion, This article has no validity.
I don't know where else to post this, so I'll post it here. This is an article where the author lists what he considers the world's top 10 brothels:

Centaurus is the only Brazilian brothel to make it.
I have been to 6 of the 10 and I think he's full of shit. But you may have your own opinions based on your experience.
Just the fact that the article mentions and rates the Bunny Ranch in NV ahead of any of the other places gives you a good indication of the B. S. In this article. Whatever!

Second, according to the introduction one could deduct that the author did all of his / her research on line and picked the ones with the web pictures to fit the format of ASKMEN.
"Evaluated some and picked the world's top 10." Welcome to the Letterman show.

Increasingly, the sex industry is moving underground and finding new online homes where sexual encounters are pre-arranged. While our rankings in no way endorse these brothels, we have evaluated some of the more upscale bordellos, we give you the world's top 10 brothels. !
Read more:

A Little Balcony Action from August
This is Camilla, found her at Balcony back in August. The fotos did not post earlier.
New Rio is getting boring
Recent change to the P4P scene are insane. Scort Show and L'uomo are long gone. Balcony is full of creeps and finding a doable there is like looking for needle in a haystack scenario. I'm a bit frustrated because I'm making my next Rio trip in two months and trying to find a descent plane fare. I wanted to make a full two week trip like I have been doing during end of the year. However, in the absence of L'uomo and Scort Show, I don't know how am I going to kill my time for a 14 days. I'm not much of a repeat fan for the duration of a single trip except 4x4 and Scort Show and try to avoid Balcony like a plague. Looks like the only options are 4x4, Cancun, Monte Carlo (Tues) , top Centro spots (Scort Show replacement) and Star Cris (Sunday). I'll somehow manage to live it up but I am getting a gut feeling that this won't be a notable trip with the loss of all these legendary venues.
Arriving Rio for short visit in October
Hi all,
I'll be in Rio for a short time in few weeks.
Will be glad to have some tips and recommendations:
- best places to pickup girls.
- price for sessions.
- what to avoid.
- etc.
Thank you!
Now where'd I put that damn ticket.

Use the ticket you bought last week.

Apa Hotel or Pousada the Bruna
I will be staying at either Apa Hotel or Pousada the Bruna both by Copacabana. Anyone know if either hotel is girl friendly. Any suggestions for take out? Happy Hunting Fred
Accurate info on Scortshow. Net
Anyone on the ground in Rio can confirm if Scortshow aka Karla Models have closed up shop?
I suggest you rent an apartment instead
I will be staying at either Apa Hotel or Pousada the Bruna both by Copacabana. Anyone know if either hotel is girl friendly. Any suggestions for take out? Happy Hunting Fred
I have been following this thread for years, and it has been my understanding that :
* In Rio de Janeiro, almost NO hotel is Girl Friendly.
* In Sao Paulo, almost ALL hotels are Girl Friendly.
In any case, call them or email those specific hotels and ask if bringing in a guest is accepted or not. I do this with apartments, and until now, they all say that guests are accepted. Some say "Just don't choose a girl that is a screamer" LOL.
I honestly suggest you opt for an apartment. Then, you have the freedom to bring in whoever whenever, as long as you're having fun within your private space.
If not, and the hotels are not girl friendly, then you can rent a love-motel room for 3h to 6h. You can find some starting at less than R$40 to super luxury ones at R$300+ (VIP Suites).
Some of the rooms in the VIP Suites are so cool, in addition to the ceiling and wall mirrors, they have a camera that you can use to watch yourself fucking the girl on the big screen TV.
Really cool stuff!
Girl Friendly Hotels in Rio

!
Simply not true. Most hotels in Rio and specifically in Copa are girl friendly. Hell, even the Hyatt on Avenida Atlantica is girl friendly. Hotels also offer an additional level of protection not available in apartments: the girl's I'd is kept at the front desk until you ok it's release. And you can store away your valuables in a safe at most hotels.
