It has been said that girls who live together menstruate together. Looking on the internet the evidence seems mixed. But if true, it must be a problem for places like Annie's where the girls live on the premises, and perhaps other places like Tulip where the girls stay and work for long hours in close physical proximity. Just a passing thought.

If you run a place like this you aren't going to pay any attention to it because you have a steady flow of money coming in. If business is bad and competition is fierce and this is your livelihood, you are going to turn a blind eye to it.
I visited Tulip on Saturday. I walked in and up to the counter and just said "up to you". She sent me upstairs with Jane. Her body isn't one I'd typically choose but the service was good. She was giving me a BBBJ before we go to the shower. She has an amazing mouth on her and for that reason I'll be see her again. Actually I would and thats just not a wishful thinking to improve my conscience. For seven years I have been in charge for a company and I have alwayes put my staff in the first. But then I am from a country with these traditions and welfare. But recently this system is starting to break up because to the heavy immigrant flow. But this is a topic far away from this forum =)
I wounder how many days off, these girls have in a month. Maybe they want to work when they have the red period because sometimes they want to be free when they dont have it. Im more and more sceptical to this countrys way to handle this, but I will come and see with my own eyes before I make a real judgement. So far the FKK's in Germany is the best way to deal with this. Pay admission, keep all earnings.
Maybe I would open up a MP in Bangkok when I arrive were the girls pay lets say 3000 for each day they sit there, but they keep all when they go with a customer.
But, I guess it would not work because other MP would seend the police because Im not taking or giving bribes.
Normally they have 1 day off per week but can't choose their day off it is fixed by the shop depending on status of the girl.
+ they have a couple of days off on Songkran and new year when the shop closes. That's about it. You cannot compare a shop to the company you ran. This is a massage parlor business in Thailand. Make a search through this thread and you will see what this means.

So this is why it is a good idea to start boycotting places that we have a confirmation that are doing this and other things against the girls. Maybe OUR behavior as clients could change a bit the habits of the industry.

Yes you make an important distinction. Girls won't lie to regular customers so much, when its going to be obvious.
But can still be devious.
The lies I have experienced were when I was new to them even though speaking Thai and obviously experienced.

If you want to be well liked in Thailand, you need to be polite as possible. I have to make a special effort as I am not naturally the most polite person in the world and have embarassed myself on occasions.

I don't see this as 'against the girls'. It is their choice. They could always go get a job at 7-11 but apparently it doesn't pay as well.
By all means start your boycott. It won't change anything. But if you feel better then by all means start the picket lines.

That is the only chains holding girls to places, ignorance that somewhere else offers better money for the same job.
This is why the crap places get the ugly girls or the ones who are bad performers.
And the better places get the better looking girls or better performers.
The girls themselves want to work, as they want to make money. End of story.

Allow me to believe that the situation is not so simple and that it is very possible that the girls don't have such broad choices. Regarding the boycott as you say it is my decision; I just don't understand why you are so much affected and you are replying this way.

Listen, boycotting is great if it gives your willy a rise. But it won't change anything. MP's and the way things are have gone on forever. There was someone wanting to boycott annies for some reason, maybe you, I don't remember who but they were claiming the girls were financially exploited.
We go and exploit these girls everytime we go in there. These girls are not forced to open their legs and suck you off, yes they might have bad issues in their life and need to do a work but the average regular salary is what, 7,000 baht a month in thai or so. Girls can make this in one day. And all they have to do is block our their minds and make fake noises and get your willy to stand up.
Yes some places take advantage and profit off the girls and even I have some issues with some mamasan's and bar owners but I just don't go to those bars if I have issues with how things are operated. I don't post on a sex forum because we are here to talk about sex with these girls. So if you have a major issue with things then you stop and use your left or right hand to get off.
Things are they way they are and if you want to sit on a high horse then why are you on a sex forum?
