Your (our) answer will find no answer maybe there is no answer.
I think that CC and Police find it more relaxing to run after providers and users than after pushers and robbers: no risk, no shooting, no stress.

Spanish clubs are literally clubs (sometimes callled guisquerias because they offer whisky) located in Spain. Don't get confused with Spanish Steps = Trinità dei Monti in Rome. BTW Spanish Steps are always crowded with young tourists. If you are lucky (and good loking) you can get a non pro for a one night stand.

I have 1 night coming up and my normal strategy is to prebook a high class escort for my hotel. Can't answer about Via dei Capocci. Last time (a couple of months ago) I was in the area I saw no girls. I passed via dei Capocci one month ago and have noticed some action.
The chinese parlor looks to be closed.
If I have time I will investigate again.

After a year I have passed via Aurelia at night.
Girls are hanging as always near the two filling stations in largo Tomaso Perassi (intersection with via Aurelia Antica). Other girls beside the big Agip station till the overhead with GRA.

On the other direction they stand at the bus stop 246, near the camping site and at the junction with via villa Troili.

In via Prenestina the junction with via Torrenova is still active.
