I am assuming that you want to spend your time with a Korean woman so that takes out VIP in Gangnam.

Right off the bat, Cheonho is a no go. Shops will not even open unitl 8 pm and even then the selection is sparse. Prime time is from 10 pm -2 am.

Here my suggestion and by no means can it be considered cannon. I'd definitely go for the anma.

If you're really up for the challenge, try walking around the Nambu Bus Terminal (North of exit 6). There are a ton of anmas on that block (interior, not on the main road) but I cannot say for certain how many are open during the day or if they are foreign friendly.
