"Now without order, this could be the wild west. "
The more I think about it BackpackBrian, the more I believe the game is over as we know it. Here are my reasons. People are scared. The Czech government has not set a clear date to reopen the borders. Clubs were already struggling before Covid-19. No new club will open up and the big clubs are likely to suffer a huge financial hit. Show Park in Prague which was slated to close, won't reopen. If your predictions come true, then the number of providers from foreign countries will drop. That will mean that many Romanian girls will go home. That signals bad news for the FKKs. Yes, that void will be filled by German girls, but they may not be the top tier models and they definitely won't be satisfied with the current rates. Game over! If the Romanian girls stay in Romania and Czech girls stay in Prague, they will operate as independents. You may see more Sugar Daddy / Sugar Baby arrangements, but that is the great unknown. There will be more competition for our dollars, and there should be a downward pressure to the prices. You will have to dig even deeper to find a gem and may encounter more scams and bait and switch, in my opinion. Prague may no longer be a top destination. Its reputation is already taken a hit. Now without order, this could be the wild west. I don't think that tourists will flock back immediately. Also, I don't believe their government wants us to visit either. Game over! Personally, I am going to make other plans now. I may need to look at Asia, since I believe this will be the first area to reopen. It is in their interest to return to normal as quickly as possible..
Hi Fiddy,
Another interesting take. I hope for the best but expect the worst, so it's a wash.
BUT, looking at history (just recently found interest in previous world recessions) I've discovered that governments tend to either relax a little and look the other way when they need to revive their economy.
Coincidentally, a perfect example is Wuhan China! After Mao created 10 x millions of starving people from his extreme Utopian policies in the 60-70's, the Chinese gov't gave way and relaxed their laws on selling non live stock animals in the markets ("wet markets" in hopes it would lift up poor farmers and provide them with additional / any income they wouldn't otherwise have.
I'm only 40, but I've seen and read about street workers in Russia during the Soviet times and how they were a plenty, when no one had any money.
When people are starving and need to survive they will do anything for very little and in many cases the gov't will back them in understanding that it helps everyone.
Maybe, just maybe we'll see new FKK's and ones in countries that don't have them yet!
Wishful thinking. For an optimist.
Czechia might open a bit earlier than others

I don't think I will be back anytime soon. Good luck in your travels BPB!
FiddyCent.
Czechia has been relatively lightly affected by Covid 19 and I think it is on the list of countries that is opening earlier than others, according to CNN. Seeing your numerous reports here I thought you might have lived in Prague, but I now know that you don't.
I do think that when things open lower prices will prevail. Witness the post by Melissa pleading for foreign customers to pay more despite the anticipated market conditions. The rates will go down for one reason that you have outlined before, the local customer base's income has been badly hit. Both buyers and sellers are badly hit, the aforementioned post from a former supplier is just silly, it is appealing for buyers to pay more than the new market rates.
I certainly wish that people would pay me what I thought I needed and not what the market dictates. I would not give up on Prague if I were you. The club scene in Prague was never fantastic, it was better in the past, but never great, so no big loss on that front.
