Anyway, the Boulevard Mansion does have small kitchen facilities, as Cbea describes, but it is run-down. When I last stayed there, several years ago, the cookware that was provided was not very extensive. There are three things to recommend Boulevard Mansion: it's the closest and easiest hotel to get to from LA Cafe; it is right on the Roxas Blvd. Frontage street, so very easily reached by taxi from the airport; it's comparatively cheap.
I think a better choice would be some of the suites and condo units offered both on hotel sites like Agoda, and BnB sites. For example, on the Agoda site, there are at least three different condo or apartment businesses listed for the Birch Towers on Jorge Bocobo. This is literally a three minute walk from the Pedro Gil entrance to Robinson's Place Manila. The three names I found were JMM Apartment Suites, JMM Grand Suites, and Bayview Designer's Suites. I think somebody reviewed one of the JMM places on the hotels thread a few months ago.
None of these places, including Boulevard Mansion, have ovens, but they seem to have some type of cooking surface, a microwave, refrigerator, and cookware and utensils.
Regarding meat, try Robinson's Super Market in the mall. I have never liked the smell of meat departments in Philippines' stores, but I have also never gotten sick on their meat.

Kitchens in studios are much too cramped with no counter space. Look for a 1BR unit of 35sqm or larger. 45-50sqm is quite comfortable.
Good imported beef can be found at Santis Deli, but no branch in Malate / Ermita; the closest one to you is in Yakal St in Makati, and this shop is close to the Cash & Carry grocery store. Santis's deli counter is outstanding for hams and sausages, too. Filipino raised beef isn't very good quality. The pork and chicken are fine. In the large grocers you might find the Australian brand Meltique beef; the ribeyes are very tender. The imported beef will run p1500-p2000 per kilo. The wagyu is priced by its Japanese grade, and it's more dear.

Unless the place has a very hot grill or a charcoal BBQ, it may not be possible to grill the steaks properly. Besides going all the way to Makati to buy the steaks is too much work. So I may as well just stay at a hotel near the Robinson Mall and find suitable restaurants.
My dates already suggested a few buffets, usually in large hotels. Anybody knows any buffets offering all-you-can-eat steaks and lobster? My dates said there are a few in China Town that offer these deals. There are also a few in Malate and Pasay, SM MOA.

To answer your question: NO. How can it? Vasectomy is snipping a tube, not cutting off your testosterone supply. For me, it doubled my drive, because I had nothing to worry about regarding unwanted pregnancies.

Second point. Abortions are difficult to get in the PI. A girl can go to Singapore or HK and get a proper abortion. Few can afford. The most common practice is a chemical abortion. The drugs can be ordered on the Internet. It's a tough experience. I have a close friend who recently went through this.
All that said, many young Pinays want to get pregnant as a ticket out of their current circumstances. Faulty thinking in most cases.

Other than that everything is just the same as before I had it. I can't even tell where the hole was where they punctured my nut sack.
