Here's the explanation I got:
1. Farang surcharge applies only to Farangs (Westerners) and Indians.
2. Syzygies's theory on bigger dicks and increased risk of injury is the number 1 reason.
3. The above categories of customers tend to be rough with the girls as compared to S.E.Asian / East Asian (based on general feedback from the girls).
4. Girls here get the full surcharge amount (MP takes none).
I'm guessing on a case-to-case basis, if a farang repeats a girl, and the girl knows him to be non-violent or rough, and does not carry a canon between his legs, the surcharge could be waived (decision would be on the girl, since this surcharge goes into her pocket eventually).

Only a story they want to tell you. Ask the girl as well as the mamas an and see it story is totally consistent, just as a start.
Nope, the Farang surcharge is not waived. I have not met any girl who wanted to return it after going upstairs. It does not depend on your dick size or roughness or whether you are regular. Girls do not get the full Farang surcharge at all venues. Much as that may seem not fair. Are Farangs rougher? I think it may more-so be a combination of power and dick length.
