So headed over to Seaview on Saturday night around 10:30pm. Its a nice hotel. Hard time finding the Filipino bar. Its called the Marine bar. There's no sign for it in the lobby. Went up to the 7th floor and the roof top. There are a bunch of restaurants up there. The rooftop bar has good views of the city. But no Filipino bar. The hotel staff weren't very friendly helping me find the place either.
Saw the Indian restaurant up there on the 7th floor, and it advertised live entertainment. Since I was already up here, I decided to wander in. Somewhat empty, maybe 6-8 guys inside. BUt there's these really hot Indian girls dressed in night club type or bollywood type outfits. They are on stage. One of them dances at a time, the others are sitting on sofa-like seats at the back of the stage. They take turns dancing. Its probably the closet thing to strip show in Dubai, but clothes don't' come off. But the girls are pretty good looking, easily 8's.
Not sure what the set up here is. Because some girls are good dancers but others are not. But its not like they are professional dancers. I wasn't sure if we could interact with the girls, like buy them drinks or anything. I didn't seen anyone else doing that the whole time I was there. I had my drink, watched the show for about 30 40minutes and then left. Later I asked one of the hotel staff about if we could buy them drinks, and he just shook his head. Not sure he understood my question.
Anyways, finally found the Filipino bar around 11:30pm. Its toward the back and left of the lobby as you walk in. By the service elevator. There's no sign on it, other than a green exit sign. So you walk through there, go through a short corridor, and then see the sign for Marine bar on another door, you go through it and there it is. There's a bouncer collecting 50 AED cover. Includes one drink.
Inside, its like a warehouse decor, concrete floor, tall circular tables. Live Filipino band. Crowded, lot of girls there and guys. Mostly Filipino's. Some black girls. Didn't see any Eastern Europeans. Hung out and had a beer. Talked with this one Filipino girl who's been in Dubai for 8 days. Sweet, nice attitude. 27 years old, looks 23. She was asking 800 AED and would be happy for 600 for LT. But I'm just not into that look, so passed. Wasnt too comfortable hanging out here. Now sure what it was, hard to move about, just too dark. So left around midnight.
Went to Metorpolitan hotel (Rattlesnake bar). Its around 1am. Nice good crowd. Lots of girls I hadn't seen before. Haven't been disappointed yet at this place. All the girls ask 1500 but you when you show any hesitation or reluctance they pull it down to 1000 AED for LT. I saw several girls here who are definetely 8+ category.
Ended up seeing that Iranian girl from a few nights before. Her name is Jamine (or something like that). Flirted with her a bit, agreed on 800 for LT, and decided to bring her back to the hotel. Its around 2:30-3am when we get back. No issues getting in. Starts out good, some good DFK. She asks for the moeny upfront. Again, like a fool, I pay first. Started having a good GFE experience. She's in a bit of hurry for the first pop. I have to slow her a bit. But is all good. Nice cute body, nice tits but a bit saggy, not real firm, surpsing since she's only 23 or 24. So by the time I would be able to reach Seaview that night it will be 1:30am and I usually need time to pick, go back to the hotel etc. And I'm flying out again on Sunday morning, hence I wanted to take a short-cut. If all fails, I will make the effort but I feel this may not be enough time.

Probably I have never repeated a girl so it could be that all gals take money from new customers upfront. Correct me if am wrong since my experience has been always to pay them upfront?

A very nice round up of the much inquired and seldom answered IndoPak queries.
I would add to these excellent reports my experience within the Paki circles. First, most of these girls are of rural and illiterate background. So 80% of the time, there are no such skills such as sex beyond mish and doggy humpin. They pretty much expect to be treated as a rag doll and are usually so jaded that even if you treat them nice, they still operate on the milk-while-you-can and finish-and-go-home-asap model.
There is an occasional "gem". To my experience since 2009, the gem is a hygienic girl who isn't jaded yet. But this simplicity brings its own form of in-experience.

I have come to the solid conclusion that indopak men get bigger hard-ons and orgasms from shelling out huge wads of cash on crap class girls and even huger wads of money on decent ones. Case in point: the average indo pak chic will cost you 800-1500 LT depending on who the pimp is and how much does he/she think you will shell out. What you paid the first time sets a big precedence. Also, what you settled for quality-wise the first time around also will set precedence. Compromise on paying 1,000 for a 6/10 chic and you will remain in that bracket. The mujra girl as Frankjohny pointed out is a dud experience that will cost you in excess of 20,000. I have heard reliable tales of drunken idiots treated as VVVIPs (all an act at the club) shelling out 50,000 on booze and songs (crowns, cards, what have you. It's a mechanism for mujra girls to fulfill their collection quota)
The irony is, some of the really good girls I paid for were cheaper (e.g. 1,000 for a night) than some of the most attitudey and dud-in-bed girls (1,500-2,000)
The pimps: These are also such an act. Most don't even bother with above average girls because they're ok with the so so business. Most bring girls on visit 2 month visas. Some girls return and others don't. So far the ones I know don't really have any gems. All the girls are rather average. These pimps will always try to keep you at the lowest tier possible i.e. They always try to deal you their crappiest product. Reason being the better ones always are in demand. (herein lies my confusion as to why the indopak customer doesn't demand any better) So most of the time my experience is average at best.
I am still on the look out for a service provider that has some genuinely good product. Even if its expensive, at least you get the [i]bang[/i] For your buck.

• Escort Girls: I know I know you all are not that dumb and can Google it. Then its always nice someone is ready to spoon feed you. Right? There are many operators operating from India through telephone. You have to call their UAE number advertised and you will get a return miss call from India. Call that number, and then the things are arranged. There are some beautiful girls operating in this manner. South Indian operators will pick up their UAE number if you call them. Normal rate before negotiation will be AED 1, 500-AED 2000 / for 1-2 hours and AED 3, 000 – AED 5, 000 / for LT. It can be negotiated down to AED 800 for 2 hours to AED 1, 500 – AED 2000 for LT if it's on a week day. In calls and out call are possible. Nice in call set ups in JBR area. Better hygiene and better attitude. Most of the girls won't do Anal. A regular customer gets good service at more discounted rate of AED 500 for one hour on week days when their business is down.

My cousin used to live in Dubai before he moved to London and he used to be a regular at these apartments. For 50 dhrs it wasn't a bad deal even if the girl was horrible in the sack and occasionally you find the gems. I hope some senior monger can find some detail information about these apartments and send the info to other senior members in Dubai to help them out.
