Caveat: Before anyone asks, I don't think there's ANY KDH places that have English-speaking operators. I would say that my Japanese is fair to poor. I can come up with questions to ask on the phone, and my listening is usually good enough to pick up key words / phrases on the phone, like 'dekinai' or 'nanjikan', etc. For the patient phone operator, I can make appointments in Japanese, but for those unwilling to repeat themselves a few times, or deal with non-native speakers, it's a recipe for frustration for both of us. Any communications listed below were done in Japanese, not English.

My main reason for seeking out KDHs is I'm looking for relatively young eye candy with pretty much guaranteed FS for a reasonable price. I don't much care if they are *actually* 19 or 20 as long as they have a cute face and are slender. I haven't gone out of my way to try a bunch of KDHs because getting out to Uguisudani is a pain in the ass for me, and if I book without identifying myself as a foreigner and they refuse service when they show up I'm out the time and money for the hotel, etc.

I asked the guy that runs http://kanphoto.net -- which seems to be very closely affiliated with many of the Ugu KDHs, if not run by the same org, if foreigners were okay at the KDH places he lists, and his response was basically 'Yeah, we've heard that there's been a lot of foreigners lately.", which is sort of a noncommittal response probably meant more as a lament than a green light.

Of the places I've called so far:

The girls I requested weren't 'available' (probably Gaijin NG) , but I wanted an afternoon appointment (mainly thinking that booking earlier in the day during the slow times would increase my chances of success). The girl they sent me (Yujin) spoke conversational English, gave me GFE CFS and wasn't unattractive, but she wasn't the young eye candy I was expecting from a KDH.

(most girls don't bat a lid, and some are even excited.) once, the mama-san immediately sent another girl, who was perfectly ok. once, another mama-san convinced the girl to stay, which turned out to be a bad idea as she obviously wasn't in the mood. once i had to quickly find somebody else by myself. so, one important rule is to always have a backup plan and a couple of other phone numbers to call.

but rule number one, really, is to keep reading the japanese forum posts for a while to avoid disappointment as far as possible. good luck!

Basically, you go down into B1 and the place has four or five establishments. The Love-Chanko booth is all the way in the back. As with any other hotel health, you can either call ahead and make a reservation, or you can just walk in. Howeverbifbyou have your eye on a particular girl it obviously helps to make a reservation.

I think it depends a lot on the taste of the mama-san, but the notion of attractiveness thankfully also varies hugely among the customers, doesn't it. I personally like a friendly attitude and a cute smile, while others just go for the biggest tits, and others value various skills above all. What nobody likes, of course, are uninterested, plain-looking girls with no skills, and at a good shop such girls tend to be sent home sooner rather than later so as not to lower the reputation of the shop as a whole.

The bed was a vinyl wrapped affair with no sheets (only a towel you can spread over it) and the bathroom was a unit bath the size of something you get on a cruise ship when traveling third class. Otherwise it wasn't bad. It was at least clean and well kept.

I took the 80 minute course which included a shower, a massage, CFS, another massage, and round 2. Yuria definitely doesn't look like her picture, but isn't bad looking. She's fairly tall and slender, but with no real curves. Overall she gave good service and was really nice and friendly.
