Spent a certain amount of time in Greenbelt 3 and 5 on recent trip (when I wasnt in bed!)

Saw many western gents walking around with their Filipina wives.

Whilst in maybe 10-20% of the cases, the men had gone to pot (as in belly) , in maybe 80% of all cases the women had cetainly gone to pot. I'm sure they were lovely ladies, but they just appeared as dumpy, lumpy and chubby. And wearing flat shoes doesn't help.

In all, I was really unimpressed by how Filipinas age from the slim lithe ones that we chase, to these ladies who take middle age spread seriously. Jollibee, Red Ribbon, Goldilocks and a regualr diet of foods with high fat high sugar content will do that for you.

My wife of 25 years is pushing 50 and I still get tingly when I see her naked. Yes she has settled a bit over time but the good parts are defying gravity well. She tries to exercise regularly and watches what she eats. I wish I could say the same for me even though I am working it, its so much harder when you get to be my age.
