I was always amazed at how the semi-impoverished were always fat and then you look at whats available to them food wise and what their diets consist of and it makes sense.

He was 220 and she was the standard 90 pound lady.

3 months later I ask her how her auntie is. She says she now weighs 100. After 6 months she's up to 110. After a year she will have added another 10 pounds at least. Big portions, lots of fatty food, and supersize will happen every time.

As usual my United flight arrives at 9:50PM Manila. I quickly get into the metered taxi, head down to Dusit and check in.
