I was in St. Maarten in June and spend a little bit of time in Platinum, which is the place I assume that you are talking about. I don't have a prescription and a long time ago I did buy Cialis from kwikmeds dot com, but I guess those are prime candidates for counterfeiting as well. I like La Pela when I am in the DR and would like to find a generic form of Tadalafil similar to La Pela, but I guess there is no way to tell if what you are getting won't contain any junk inside huh?
