Well said SA as THB offered to show me why he is so irresistible to women and why they will pay him for his servies (including the V and C boxes he asked about?) but unfortunately am not in PI at present.
And we all note his total lack of FRs. As he said he can't FR as nothing he says would be of use to poor fat mongers like ourselves as he gets it free (note he was asking about MBC so I suppose they will bow down and hail THB when he arrives LOL)
THB. As SA said and as FF pointed out stop being (and showing) you are a the*k and FR and share information not just take. This makes you (normally) more acceptable to mongers on this thread (but in some cases there are exceptions) , however your arrogance abounds and am sure there will be a resposte to this and others but truely bugger off and pollute another country.
As for your last FR it shows the arrogance of a man who clearly is not getting it as you need V and C at 26 years old and asked about MBC so clearly you are getting hot ones either. And you are not posting the pics either so we assume this is all in your head.
Must say you type pretty well for a one handed typist LOL
I've only been on a small number of trips many which I've written FR / TR's. So I'm not sure what you are talking about in regards to only taking. The only arrogance is what you assume. And just to note, your confusing confidence with arrogance. They are two different things. Beings I rarely fuck and or pay for hookers often. I can't negotiate taking pictures when I pic up a girl from a club. Normal girls that you pick up that night are usually not down for that ime. However if I do get a girl from a P4P venue I will ask her about taking pictures for you guys.
You sound like a grumpy jealous old man. Go get some pussy and stop worrying about what I post.

Free Red Horse
Will I found a good trick in 2 bars I went to. Maybe I was just lucky I don't know. But I went to 2 differant bars on to differant nights and was the first person there. The firts night after 1 hour the bar started getting packed and the manager cam to me saying thank you for being lucky customer as in me being there first was good luck for them. So I said to him. Do I now get free beer and the rest of the night I got free Red Horse. The next time I went the the bar I'm first one there again. After an hour the bar is full. I tell the bar girl serving drinks I must be lucky customer now the bar is full. I said to her I think I deserve free beer. The rest of the night I got free beer LOL. I still had to pay for lady drinks for the girls I was drinking with both nights but I was happy to get the free beer discount at the end of the night. So from now on if I'm not the first person in the bar I'm leaving to find another bar and wait and see if I am lucky and get them more customers and myself free beer. This is my first post on this site. Hope I'm talking about the right stuff. This was on Burgos St.

Warning from US Embassy
As a resident here, I long ago signed up to receive emails from the US Embassy, which are sent routinely to warn US citizens of prospective dangers, or for more mundane matters such as embassy closings. Today, I received a bulletin cautioning US citizens with business at the embassy to be aware that the latter is often subject to demonstrations, and that from time to time these gatherings can involve some level of violence, in which case Philippines and US security personnel will respond. Though the bulletin did not cite specific instances, evidently there were some confrontations last week in front of the embassy compound.
I write this only to alert those who may be staying in the area to exercise a higher than usual level of caution and to remain alert.

I'll be staying near there one day in February. I'll be sure to keep away from the embassy and just stay in bed with the girl LOL.

This point came up on Manila Hotel thread. I'm moving it here and I really would like to hear people's ideas.
Recently someone suggested that Ermita / Malate is inferior to Makati. It's been 4 yrs since I stayed in Makati, so maybe I need enlightening. Where do you stay (go) and why?
If you are in Manila for business or money is no object, I can see that Makati is a good choice. If you really need a 1st world atmosphere in a 3rd world country, I can see that Makati would be superior. If you have a short holiday and don't mind being generous for a stunning looking woman, I think Makati has it's merits.
Ermita / Malate. Hmmm, I miss the old baywalk, but we still have those stunning Manila bay sunsets. You have easy access to Rizal Park and the Old Town to the north and EDSA entertainment plaza to the south. The two foreigner friendly buses to AC are within two blocks of each other in Ermita, near the old Ermita church if you need to ask for forgiveness. The neighborhood is edgy but that's part of the thrill.
So, if you are in Metro Manila (MM) , where do you like to base yourself? Inquiring minds want to know. X Man

I'm not enamored with Burgos like I was years ago. HC is a good place, but anything I can find there I can also find in Malate / Ermita. I don't care much what hotel I'm in as long as it has the amenities that I need, which can be found in either place. I miss the old Baywalk also, but you can still find much of that atmosphere at MOA along the ocean side.
So, if you are in Metro Manila (MM) , where do you like to base yourself? Inquiring minds want to know. X Man
I think one's choice ought to be driven by how one pulls girls. If you focus on the dating sites then I find Makati preferable. Firstly, the girl has a higher opinion of the area, and not only for prestige (if that really means anything). It isn't as scary. I know plenty who are horrified that I go to Malate on the weekends from time to time. Secondly, it's well serviced by LRT 2 and MRT 3 and plenty of buses along Buendia, Ayala Ave, Makati Ave etc. Makes it easy and less worrisome for the girl to come and go. If you want to see the sunset at MOA on Sunday the taxi ride will cost you less than p150, but you can also easily get a bus. Thirdly, Makati is better situated to visit the major SM Malls (MOA, Megamall, etc) as well as Greenbelt, Glorietta, Landmark, etc. These are all better hunting grounds than Robinsons, IMHO. If you're into nightclubs you better off in Makati for not only it's area, but Pasay, BGC, and QC's Timog.
I much prefer Malate's nightlife, but I don't go to bars too often. Of course there's more to Makati than Havana and Burgos.

Mbc
I forgot to mention this. I had two different cabs take ot to MBC- or I thought.
Each one of them ended up taking me to some not so good looking area and saying MBC is closed now. I never did find it.
Is it true that it is closed or did I just get a couple of drivers that had no idea?

GE
I think you are referring to the environmental activists who are planning to demonstrate against the US Invasion of the Tabutaha reefs. LOL.
So that US will pay the massive fine being imposed- a princely sum of 120, 000 PESOs (yes. 120, 000 peso).
The demonstration is to impress on the Americans that they can run but they cannot hide, from paying up.
BTW, I always have a sneaky feeling what the real job of these activists are, other than living on American donors.

Where are you staying? You might have been able to walk there. Look at maps.

If you ever again have a driver like that insist he stop at a hotel and ask the doorman or bellhop. It's on the corner of Salas and Del Pilar in Ermita - Del Pilar is a well-known street in Manila and no taxi driver ought have an problem finding it. You can google map it.
And MBC's neighborhood is a bit rough looking. For what it's worth many taxi drivers know MBC by its old name, LA Cafe.

Mbc by taxi

I usually ask him to go to Malate / Ermita area and then specifically LA Cafe. I have not used MBC or Manila Bay Cafe as the destination. LA Cafe was the name before it was somewhat forced to change or whatever it was. Some drivers may know it as Manila Bay Cafe, but I think LA Cafe is still engrained. Some may not know it so knowing the street intersection may help. I know the area so once we get close I can direct the driver how to get there. Not all taxi drivers know it.
