Miari establishments have signs on the wall that sat 90-110 k. Nobody but tourists pay that. Prices there are strictly up for negotiation and they will accept 80-90.

If I spend 100 k at Miari, it usually includes a 10-20 k tip to my regular providers.

Returned to Miari last week to the same shop and spent the best $95 I've ever spent outside of Thailand. It's still so cheap for me it feels like a crime (which it is.).

Thanks![/QUOTE]For a cab, just say "cheonho yeok" or "cheonho station". From Seoul Station expect to pay about 15,000+ before midnight and 20,000+ after midnight. I would not consider going there before 10 pm. 10-2 is prime hours. After 2 am the hot, popular girls may call it quits for the night but the ones that haven't had any business that normally only see Korean locals may accept foreigners. Tip: Go there looking good preferably, suit and tie. It helps a great deal. I've seen some foreigners walking Cheonho in T-shirt, shorts and flip flops and to no surprise, leave empty handed.
