Bangalore market is skewed at any rate, even if you're paying above 5 k there is always some daddy putting a 20-30 k allowance in her pocket if she is good, hygienic and living alone.

One guess is by the place she stays in, if she stays in a nice place that costs 30 k+ in monthly rent, no point lowballing her.
