If you are entering phils on US visa, you will jot be permitted to get 9 G or EO 226 work visa.

Max stay is 14 days inclusive of day of entry and date of exit.

You will not be able to extend your stay or have a extention endorsement on your entry visa.

Pre covid, I had seen some Indians were denied entry on arrival (reason unknown) though they had a valid AJACSSUK visa. Better to apply for a tourist visa before landing there, if your itinerary is firmed up.
