I intended my April visit to Sofia to include a checkout of the brothel and street scenes. Check it out on Google Streetview. Through the door and down the stairs on the left there's a small, dark bar with couches. I got a Coke at the bar and sat down to check out the scenery. The rooms are up the stairs and around the corner to the second floor.

Checked out Kamasutra and Cleopatra and both were safe.
