On google maps, it is very close to Emporium on Sukhumvit. If you are staying near to there, you can walk to Sukhumvit in about 5 minutes-- say, making a quick shopping trip to Emporium, as a good excuse?- -and visit Mango or Snow White or any of many other "sure thing" places. I would probably be lazy and take a motorcycle there. Not sure why he had chosen this MP, although I used to visit one in the same place.
