In the meantime, smaller banks and credit unions charge 1% or sometimes even reimburse you for local ATM fees. As has been said zillion times before, Schwab not only that doesn't charge the fee but reimburses you for the local ATM fees. Then there are online banks like Cap One 360 with no fees, but it won't reimburse. There is also Aspiration that does reimburse, but still charges 1%. There are options out there.

Santa Fe: disappointment?
In September I will be in Colombia.
I have thought many times whether to stay in Bogota for a few days or in another city. I had thought of renting an apartment in Santa Fe, but reading your posts I'm afraid I will have a big and resounding disappointment. I DON'T like PROs. I gladly accept the semi-pros, but only the ones that give girlfriendly experiences, but not for 15 minutes or 30 minutes. At least I would like to spend at least 2 hours with her and if I like her I will call her again the next days.
It seems to me that everyone is pro in Santa Fe. You all always talk about bargaining and about money before fucking. This would be my killer, my horror.
