Because that would not be an in line comparison one bit.

I'll give you Jace, because she's been reviewed and recommended by a trusted member on here in the past.

Tokyo is already notorious as a ridiculously expensive and difficult place for gaijin to get P4 P, especially if one does not possess the necessary language skills. So naturally the vultures swoon in offering their premium price / sub par services. Even then, there is a lot more variety and much better options / prices than what the Seoul agency / independents offer.

I won't criticise you for your experiences, because at the end of the day it's your money. But I will continue to inform other readers about the scam currently going on in the korean scene, so that they can make their choice.

My preferences are 20-30 year olds, East Asian, $100-200, GFE covered is ok, and preferably to be shown a line up so no bait and switch.

Based on that it seems that I would navigate towards anma's. Looking for rec for younger providers with decent service.

If you had to choose, would you monger in Korea or anywhere else? HK was mentioned here, so that is another option I am looking at, but I speak no Cantonese or know how to read any Chinese.

I don't think you'll find what you're looking for in South Korea (except the food, which is delicious). Hong Kong doesn't really have what you're looking for either. Macau would probably come closest to what you're looking for, unless you wanted to go to Bangkok for the soapy massage parlors or Kuala Lumpur for the spas.

Macau sounds like a better idea, it looks like $200-300 can get you pretty far in terms of service at saunas. I still might spend some time in Korea just to eat. I'd say otherwise. Most providers in first world countries are citizens of those countries. Whether they're agencies, brothels or independents. It's not just Thai girls jacking up prices in Korea. You've got Cambodians, Filipinas, Russians, Ukrainians and girls from as far as Colombia, Venezuela and other S American countries coming to Korea and charging foreigners far more than most korean men would even think about paying.

There are two markets here. The korean market is mostly closed to non-korean mongerers. This is where premium charges for foreign men arise. The agencies and girls know most foreign clients are short term visitors with almost no chance of accessing the local scene, so they resort to the extortionate figures we've been seeing for the past few years.

Agencies will answer any questions you have, but ultimately the service depends on the girl. And you have no idea or guarantee of which girl they'll send (plenty of bait and switch), regardless of any promises made.

Out of those mentioned I would definitely suggest Kuala Lumpur. Plenty of English, prices are good, can do clubs like Beach Club or Thai Club, or a fishbowl. Better value for what you are after. Or go to the Philippines and have everything (except price) x200!

Girls are hot but I would not pay 10 k for one night fun. There are other types of setting like tenpro but little different. All cost around 250 300 per person but again you need to be either with Korean to enter into these places.

In all the countries you mentioned, I can't think of one where foreign girls come in and charge double and sometimes triple what the locals charge, whether said foreign girls work for an agency or are independents. It's just bizarre and makes zero sense when their target market is a tiny number of transient visitors who may or may not fall for the trap. If anything these girls should be trying to undercut the locals, but it seems they have all banded up to form a cartel of sorts and have all agreed to keep prices in fantasy zone.
