As a monger with many years experience I don't think Red Bull will help much with mongering, but improving one's general physical fitness will help. Also a high-protein diet will help.

(1) Nirovin

This is at 225, Galle Road, Colombo 3. On Galle Road all odd number addresses are on the left side as you go away from Fort. So Nirovin is on the landside. If you walk from Dharmapala Mawatha, turn right at the traffic lights. Walk towards Fort for about 40 metres. You will see a narrow lane for pedestrians only, next to a jewellery shop. There is a purple and red nameboard at the entrance to the lane, at head height. Walking down the lane, Nirovin is the last door on the right.

(2) New Orchid

This is at 410/8A, Galle Road, Colombo 3. Being an even number it is on the sea-side. From Renuka you have to walk nearly 1 km. towards Bambalapitiya. Lalson's is almost directly opposite the exit to Deal Place. (Deal Place is on the land side). There is a small circular board saying "Orchid Executive" on the pavement near the entrance to the lane. The lane itself has no name. Walk about 100 metres towards the beach. The MP is on your left side as you walk towards the beach.

I have realised that Vitamin E gives me a boost. That is the Evion 400 mg – the green capsule. One a day, over a few days might keep you in good nick..

red bull keeps me going and going and going. i tried viagra as a "booster" and it had no effect. I tried cialis (or was it levitra?) and it gave me a severe headache. red bull works wonders. i guess the pills only work for those with problems getting woody... my problem is not the woody but the stamina to go on and on as i used to.
