I went back further in this forum and it seems that we should generally never use SWs. I guess I really did luck out! Do the SW in Lima expect to be paid AFTER service or is this also negotiated? Sorry for asking such basic questions but this was my first trip to Lima and I'm looking forward to returning!

By the way, during my one visit to TR San Isidro on April 3 at about 2 AM, there was a very nice gringo w/ shaggy blonde hair, about 50 y. O. At the bar. He was very nice and surrounded by beautiful girls. He offered to help me with my drink order because I don't speak much Spanish but I was OK ordering a Red Bull on my own. As far as SWs go. Its hard to generalize. The deal is that you are opening yourself up for more problems..especially since you don't speak Spanish. But alls well that ends well. It sounds like your trip has gone OK by and large.

Can you tell us how your stay was at the maria angola ? How much you paid and if there was any trouble or cost to bring a girl to your room.

I've looked at rooms there and they look great but I have always been concerned about their girl policy.

It included breakfast & dinner (room service or in restaurant) every night for 2 people, LAN connection, king size bed and a jacuzzi bath. They claim they are 5 star but I would give them a 4 star because except for a restaurant, there are no amenities like a pool or gym. I loved the fast & friendly room service. More time for shagging!

I booked for 3 nights but my room wasn't ready so I was upgraded to a suite on the top floor with living room, huge jacuzzi, & sauna for 2 nights at no additional charge. I had to move to a regular room for the third night but it was still nice with sitting area & jacuzzi bathtub. Be sure to pay in cash USD as they give a horrible exchange rate.

As for the girl/guest policy, I didn't have any problem. I had my friend stay with me every night & visit during her lunch break. I gave her the room number by phone & she simply took the elevator up to my room. No problem & no hassle but she was dressed in office clothes, nothing too sexy. I didn't see any security at night, just a older doorman/bellhop.

That's not necessarily true. I have had a bunch of sessions with the girls from Pizza Street and I have had only two experiences that I felt were spectacularly underwhelming.
