Prior to my retirement I was using Northwest which is Delta now but their flight arriving to the airport arrived just before midnight. During this time never had a problem going thru immigration Bang just like that I was in the taxi going into Bangkok by staying at Nana, but 01:30am I was already in the hunt.
For years I used exclusively Eva which arrives around 11:00/11:30am, the last two years it has been nightmare arriving this time because the wait in immigration was at least a hour. Everyone jocking to see which line is shorter or how fast one might be moving. On Friday, I arrived rushing to get to Immigration expecting the same but went up the ramp to find a major change. They had roped off the entired area to two entrance dividing the area into two section for foriegn travelers with no jocking. My wait was less than 10 minutes which allow me to catch the Bell bus leaving at 12:00 noon. Surprise? Hope it stays that way?

What is with the overgeneralizations and stereotyping? White this, Japanese that? All the research on personality shows that there is FAR more intra group differences than inter group differences.
In other words, stop with the white this and Japanese that-it just comes across as foolish.

When the Indians are getting it for being frugal or for their pungent aroma the ugly Russians are for bringing in their families, like anyone here has the right to say who can and can't enter. The Arabs and blacks or Ne grows as the resident clown calls them get pounded too but the Japanese haters are at the top of the list. Hell, even the Thais get slammed for being Thai. Foolish or not the door has been open on this stuff for years, there's no stopping it now.

From my research these 'minorities' pay whatever the girl quotes (2k ST) them and they do spend quite a bit in the bars.
On a side note, the other day I watched them load up the truck with empty beer crates from baccarra. I asked the guy loading the truck up with the bottles how many days that was and he said it was from Fri and Sat. I roughly counted about 1200 empty bottles of beer and winecoolers. If you do the math, you will see that baccarra is doing quite well.

If you haven't woken up and spell the coffee yet. A large majority of what is posted is a overgeneralization and sterotyping. While you are researching please go and RTFF any thread you will see that to be correct.
Would you like me to use the word "Jap" like so many others? How would you like me to use the word White. Do I need to be more specific to race when it comes to whites. While sitting in a go go how is one to know if he is a American, European etc. Please enlighten me as to how you would do it? So normally one generalize!
What kills me is most likely your are white and self-rightess and now is jumping in because the word white is being used. Would you feel better if I used " Cracker " for you? I certainly would use a specific race if I knew it idiot! When you were posting your two hundred or so reports on girls in Thailand did you specify as to where these girls are from. Thai / Los Thai / Cambodian, Thai Chinese, no you generalized!

No doubt, I think Bac does make a killing on drinks and most likely Happy which both seem pack all the time. This is low season and even like last night which I consider slow would have more customers than some all week? I don't see beer being drank by Asians as much as I do Farangs, winecoolers? I myself drink Sangsome and might move to Tonic water if I haven't eaten much? Based on what the basic salaries are for the girls working and I was told a month ago by a few girls that they have a quote of 60 drinks per month. If they don't reach that they have make up the difference. Makes me wonder how some of the not so slim or pretty make it? Some I have seen working there for a long time?

Actually, I know for a fact that there's quite a few fellas out there walking around with ugly ones. And they probably don't have the same quota as hot girls, they might even be there because they're friends with the pretty girls and make them feel good because if there's too many pretty girls, cat fights are bound too happen, just like you throw a bunch of alpha males in the same room, sooner or later they going to throw down. You throw in a few clowns to ease the tension. So to speak. That's my theory anyways.

In other forums I've seen people prefer 'Buenos Aires' over Colombia and they say slightly more expensive its more safer place to be in than Colombia. Is it so?

Is photo taking ok in pattaya? I like to take pics but do the girls frown upon this? I found that street vendors and other civilians are keen to having their pic taken.. but often times not bar girls or freelancers.. I guess they are afraid that their sponsors or family or somchai back home will see their pic surface on the net... Then again, on youtube theres the thaifreek or whatever his name is a bald German guy who shows off all his hot girls to the world..
