I recently got home from a few day trip to Colombia that I split between Bogota and Cartagena. No hobbying in Cartagena, just beaching and relaxing. I walked around the area day and night, no problem. Room was great. No heat or air, but that's standard for Bogota. The bed was more comfortable than my bed at home. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Look at the reviews and the whole area is a slum, criminals everywhere, rooms terrible, service terrible.

What gets reported has a lot to do with the person's attitude at the time of the encounter. At least once a week I decide to call my boss with some complaint. Once I start thinking about it, other minor issues pop up. Before long I'm feeling like my job sucks and I need to start looking for another. Only problem is, I enjoy my job. Pay and benefits are great, everyone treats me fantastic. I doubt if I could find another that comes close to my normal job satisfaction.
