Since you don't drink alcohol anymore, I want to know what the hell you're puttin' your tea! :)

Since you're now been sent to the outposts, I'll have to take one for the team next time to giotto's and barfine the persistent one for you (or is it the pesky one, damn, can't keep them straight) :D
This report is a few month late. It reflects my thoughts on my 5 day stay at the Lodge in Oct 06. It was my first stay there.
I stayed in the Junior Suite, which is very nice and large, but IMO, not value priced. Would choose a smaller, lesser priced room next time.
Pros: Fantastic wireless, aircon, bathroom, super comfortable bed/sheets, quiet, private like retreat, nice staff, great ready-to-cook breakfast (girls bf is not free).
Cons: Sports bar just OK, older clientele (even though I'm 49), girls just average, a couple of spinners but they were stand-offish. Many girls simply sat there. (they need to learn how to work it)
Other Observations
- Guido is very nice and even comped myself and 2 clients of mine with a shot of liquor. Never met Giotto, but felt it would have been a nice touch for him to smile & say hi. He was always in a hurry.
- Majestic Grande used to be my favorite, but the LL has moved to the #1 spot.
- Sports Bar is small and the available talent was average, at best. I had my most fun bringing outside girls into the Sports Bar and then proceeding to the room.
- It would've been nice if there was someway to meet the other board members that may have been staying there.
- No shower curtain in the shower? Not sure why this is, but it did make it messy in the bathroom when I showered, particularly with a TG.
I plan to visit again in March '07 and Oct '07.
I stayed in the Junior Suite, which is very nice and large, but IMO, not value priced. I am a long-standing customer, but it did not take long for Guiotto to contact me after my first post. Same if you want to meet other board members: we'll do it with pleasure if we know you are there. So next time maybe: we have experiences to share, this is the purpose of this forum.
Cheers

I feel with you - but I am laughing my arse of nowdays!

Omar78,
Thanks for you report. And thank you very much for staying with us here in Livingstone's Lodge.
Some remarks:
...I stayed in the Junior Suite, which is very nice and large, but IMO, not value priced. Would choose a smaller, lesser priced room next time.
Difficult to find the right price policy for everybody. Is a bigger room a Junior Suite, if it does not have a Jacuzzi?
The rooms are built into a previously built residence of a rich Thai.
We also have the 9 new rooms now, 3 of them have DOUBLE JACUZZI's. We defined them to be Junior Suites - though they are a bit too small for that.
As I said - difficult to do it right for everybody.
...Cons: Sports bar just OK, older clientele (even though I'm 49), girls just average, a couple of spinners but they were stand-offish. Many girls simply sat there. (they need to learn how to work it)
I basically agree, and that was the reason to get the professional mamasan in. You should see the Sports Lounge now...you would be impressed.
Never met Giotto, but felt it would have been a nice touch for him to smile & say hi. He was always in a hurry.
Sorry - difficult for me to get the connection between a guests name and an ISG handle if you don't send a PM or even contact me directly...I really appreciate all ISG members here and establish contact between them.
I plan to visit again in March '07 and Oct '07.
Thanks, that sounds good. Please make sure that you contact me this time - ON ARRIVAL. That's an order!

ISG Members:
If you visit the Lodge and want to contact Giotto, please talk to the service staff or the frontdesk of the hotel and ask for "the boss"!
[red]DO NOT ASK FOR GIOTTO![/red] There is no Giotto at Livingstone's.
And (I think it is not necessary to mention this, but may be I better do): [red]Do not talk to the girls about Giotto and the ISG![/red]
Thanks.

The good news of the day:
The company who will install the new water system soon, did some minor modifications of the old one. And - suddenly the pressure is higher and more stable.
I do have no idea what they did, because it they showed up today at 9 am - that is something like midnight for me. But anyway - a good step forward.
The Sports Lounge is changing. We have a new Mamasan, a very professionally acting woman who is taking care of all girls related issues.
Since she started to work in the Sports Lounge 2 weeks ago the atmosphere is clearly changing. She talks to all incoming customers first, and stops by from time to time, to check out whether all the needs of the customers are recognized by the bar staff. She tries to propose the right ladies for the customers who are looking for companionship.
Giotto
She did not come back to me yet. It looks like she tries to avoid me? Snif snif.

They opened up the inlet valve, perhaps?
Tried to send you a PM, but no dice. Here's the message:
1. Giotto has exceeded their stored private messages quota and can not accept further messages until they clear some space.
Let me know when you clean up the mailbox. Will be in BKK Jan31-Feb 3.
See you then. Let me know if you need any supplies :)
Sir,
Good to hear that you come back. Much appreciated, a lot of new quality must be checked :) !
Don't talk to me about valves, how shall I know? ... What I know is that we have a more stable system in the moment, and that I can sleep better now, until we get this new system.
Supply: Yes, Yes, Yes, I have to work hard in the moment, and so do many guests :) ...

They are always prepared... :) . But if I read your Bali reports I think we must get some more nymphos in.
Sir,
would you please prepare a test questionaire for Mr. Vice President, he can then assist you with the quality control measures.
I found that my supposedly good friend Too Jaded took the opportunity of my sabbatic trip to Pattaya to steal my dedicated fiancee, therefore I had to find someone else
SexWithSmile,
How do you know that it was not SHE who took advantage of your sabbatical to take advantage of ME?
Really, bro, I had no desire to steal your fiancee, I thought you were through with that one. If she ever recovers from the bottoming out I gave her you are welcome to cock-block her back from me!!!!
Cheers,
