I spend most of my time in the Kingdom in Chiang Mai, and find the reverse is true. In Chiang Mai, a HIGH percentage of the ladies are looking for long-term relationships and a smaller percentage are open to some short-time erotic fun. Of the few I connected with, all had accurate photos, all were reasonably priced, all were clean, and ALL were fun. Pleasurable? YES. The only downside is that as I said, in Chiang Mai, the freelancers on TF were hard to find.

And contrary to what you think, a lot of them are doing this. The reason is obvious: they look old, are ugly, or fat, or any combination of those.

All those models you saw throughout life had on a ton of makeup and their photos were retouched. All the pornos you saw were not just filmed straight through like you watched them.
