Golden Times *Rip Off Alert*
Had a very disappointing time at Golden Times last night. I've posted a couple of positive/mixed reports here at ISG, including on River Club in PTY and Paradiso in David. But this is the sort of report I hurry to write, as the experience was so bad, y'all need to beware... and [b]run don't walk from Golden Times.[/b]
Told cabbie I wanted a woman, I was indifferent as to coming back to the hotel (Parador) or using an MP, and he gave me a pitch on Golden Times. I recalled the name, had read something about it here but couldn't remember what I'd read good or bad. He insisted it has the hottest women in PTY. About a 5 minute drive later we're there.
They want $94.50 for 1 hour massage/sex in their rooms. This was high but cabbie told me the price accurately before so I was okay with trying them out. There were probably 15 chicas, all were above average. They sit you in a room when you arrive, there were about 5 other men when I got there, at about 10-something PM. They walk the girls in one by one, girl enters, tries to make a sexy look, leaves within 3-4 seconds, next girl. It took me a couple rounds of this before I understood that I was supposed to be noticing the number card on their waste/hip area. At least half of the women came in, posed & left such that I couldn't see the # even when I knew to look. By the 3rd-4th go round I'd found the pen in my pocket and took some numbers down, as I couldn't seem to remember them any other way. These chicas are all seasoned pro looking, IE over 80% had obvious silicone, in many cases way overdone, and they had that certain jaded porn star expression.
I finally chose [b]#8, "Paulina", a chica about 25, claims to be from Medellin CO[/b]. About 5'7", slender, bubble butt, silicone C-cups, light brown hair, nice face. The host dude asks you after each round who you like, I said #8. She comes in and sits next to me, few seconds of small talk and we're in business. She tells me to pay at the front desk, so I paid $94.50 cash, stepped outside to tell cabbie what was happening, and then #8 and I headed upstairs to the room.
Room's small but clean, has a bathroom with shower, and a twin size bed/massage table. She says we both shower separately, no choice. We get naked, I rinse off in the shower for about 30 seconds, dry off and she showers for 2-3 mins. She suggests 30 mins massage, 30 mins sex. I didn't argue, seemed meaningless to outline this sort of thing, as I figure we'll just play it by ear. I should note, her general disposition is a bit icy. Never a trace of a smile, or laugh or sense of humor etc, despite my numerous compliments towards her.
I lay on my stomach and she lightly massages my back and legs with some lotion. Nothing naughty, and no deep tissue stuff, very superficial. This lasts about 10 mins. I turn over, and there's no front massage, she just goes to the CBJ stage. This is fine I'd just assume get on with the fun, given the useless massage style. About 2 mins of CBJ and she stands up on the bed and lowers herself to cowgirl position. We do this about 2 mins, she gets off me. She suggests an HJ sans condom. Well of course I'm paying for more intercourse than 2-3 mins, but it turns out BBHJ with lube is one of my favorite things, sex is great but with condom it's very hard for me to come, and this will ensure I get one off. She didn't know this of course, she was just being lazy or whatever, but she got lucky with this suggestion. She also said something about I'm too big for the condom, do I have a larger one, which I didn't... but if I'm not mistaken (my spanish is very basic..) she was worried the condom would break? Not sure. I have had standard size condoms break several times on me in the past. Whatever the case, I was agreeable to the BBHJ.
She BBHJs me for about a minute with KY type lube, and asks that I stoke it. PFFFFT... this is getting sillier by the minute, given what I'm paying $95 for, but after all, I have some practice at this and again, I can be assured of getting one off, as her stroking method was alright but left something to be desired. So she's massaging by nuts and I'm stroking. It seemed to me we had tens of minutes left, so I wasn't racing to the finish line. About 5 mins of this, and she's piping up about the time. I say yeah, it's okay, I just want to enjoy my time. We go at this about 3-4 more mins, when if I decided to come, I could have any time with about 30 seconds of focus. I was just surfing the pleasure.
[b]Then with no notice, she suddenly gets off the bed and walks to the sink and begins washing her hands of the lube, and says time's up. I say, huh? She says, do I want another hour?[/b] Yeah, right, another $95 for more time with this Ice Queen. I say no, of course, but I'm left there to get dressed, out $95 and no pop, not even very interesting memories.
[b]The scam, which I knew intuitively but couldn't prove at the time, was that she'd shorted me greatly on the time[/b]. I had a watch but I did not make a point of noting the time when we got to the room. Of course she pointed to her watch upon lying to me that the time was up, but this was meaningless because I/we did not check/agree on the time when we arrived. I got dressed within about 2 mins, double checked her name and # "so that I could tell my friends about her, and Golden Time", and I split.
I verified this rip off occured when I got outside where cabbie was waiting. I told him it was a disappointment coz I didn't finish and I was pretty sure she ripped me off on the hour's time. I asked him what time it was when I checked with him right after I'd paid the cashier. He said it was 10:35PM, and yes he was sure, because heŽd checked at that time. [b]Guess what time it was now as I was sitting in his cab after this $95 debacle?? 11:22PM. I was still supposed to be in the room with the Ice Queen getting one off for my $95.[/b]
Reflecting back on this [b]GOLDEN TIMES RIP OFF[/b] experience, I think I'm just down on massage parlors. After a couple of decent/mixed experiences, this kind of rip off naturally turns me off to the whole concept of MPs. [b]The basic problem is that to use them, you must compromise rule #1 of mongering, NEVER PAY UP FRONT.
Pay up front, and "they" hold all the cards. If they want to rip you off on time/service as Golden Times does, they can. And there's little to nothing you can do about it[/b], outside of sounding the alarm at a place like ISG.info, to try to steer other potential suckers away from the Rip Off Artists who are out there poisoning the hobby like land mines, awaiting their next hapless victim.
[b]In the case of Golden Times, they add insult to injury in that they're EXPENSIVE relative to our other PTY MP choices...[/b] they charge roughly that magic $CIEN$ price which all the independents routinely ask for but seldom receive... to be paid up front, which experienced mongers know not to do with independents... to prevent the very [b]BS which Golden Times then proceeds to commit: clockwatching, bad attitude, bad service, rip offs WRT the agreed upon time.[/b]
