So I doubt you will find them anymore. But I imagine you will always be able to find a streetwalker on that stretch during peak hours (1 pm till 4 pm) as they piggy back off the SNC girls that attract a lot of horny men.

As I always advise, stick to the regulated, legal SNC system which provides many choices and a clear-cut procedure.

Will you suggest me to go to a hotel instead of a SNC (I am not experienced about SNCs) or an agency? If I go to a hotel how will I find a girl there? (This may be a stupid question for you) and what will be the cost? I see some costs hear but is it for 1 hour? 2 hour? Multiple times? Can I also learn possible taxi cost for two way.

I will prefer a cheaper way.

My advice is, if you want variety and a guaranteed date with a lady of your choice, go to the SNC 1 night before. There you will see all the girls in front of you and you can choose whomever you like.

If you go directly to the hotel, you may and you may NOT find ladies, and if you find ladies, they may not be the ones of your choice. So it is risky. The only advantage of going straight to the hotel is that it saves time and costs a bit less.

So tonight, go to an SNC of your choice (the cheapest available is Amsterdam, and the best available in terms of quality is Varietes, Ladies First and Voodoo), preferably around 10-11 pm in order to catch the best available ladies first. Take a drink, spend time scanning and then selecting the lady of your choice. (for best experience, the lady that suits your body type. Best sex experiences happen when the two bodies are proportional).

But please note when doing a deal in the SNC:

1) Some ladies may not be available tomorrow. So you may not succeed from the first try.

2) If you reach a deal with a lady for a date tomorrow, make sure you stay in touch with her to ensure she will show up. Sometimes, ladies may not show up on the date for various reasons (either she is PMSing or she found a better deal). In that case, the SNC managers will provide you with another lady on the spot when you go to the hotel the next day. This is why they take your first name when you reach a deal with the lady.

3) Of course, for every sex date, you can cum twice. So its about 2 rounds with the lady. Do not be surprised if, after the second round, the lady gets dressed and wants to go. The unwritten rule is that once you cum the second time, the date is over.

4) Make sure you get the right hotel address from the SNC manager and be at the hotel at 12 noon and remain in touch with the lady and try to sense her seriousness.

Give your name to the manager and tell him your case. It is his responsibility to find you an alternative. So no, you did not burn your money and the manager can help you out.
