Jet ski (just watch for scams)
The problem is that by the time they become evident, you are already stuck in it.
Steer totally clear of jet skis, I say. Coworker of a good friend of mine was just scammed for $1000 recently, and is much too poor to be able to afford that kind of loss.

Pattaya Day 1
Well last night was the first night and as I walked down beach street on my way to Pizza Hut I ran into a forum super star. Na. I ran into her and I immediately got excited. It was like going to fuck your favorite porn star! Well she said she can do short time in a 100 baht hotel (real shitty) and pay her what I felt she was worth. Well she gave me a BBBJ then slide the condom on and got to work. She was surprisingly tight for her mileage. Her BBBJ. That left some to be desired as she she used some teeth. Either I am too big or her too little. Well I only had one condom for an hour. Needless to say there was a lot of sucking on her part. She offered me to cum anywhere on her body and it wasn't a bad experience. Might see her again before I leave but she said she is always in the area around Pizza Hut.
Sorry Dan, I personally could not agree more. I always travel alone and I always have a fucking blast, especially in Pattaya!
You mean you "disagree" right? If so, I agree with you, there's much fun to be had for the single traveler in Pats.

Hello guys, does anyone have a preference of spending a few days in Patts on the weekends or during the week? Or same same for the most part? I'm debating weather to go tomorrow for a few days or on Monday

ANY TIME is good for ME.

You pays your money and you makes your choice!
For me, Pattaya is GREAT at ANY time.
Enjoy,
(I do.)

Thank you for the correction. I'm going on my 9th night in Pattaya and I stay in a confused state!

Thank you all for your answers about Pattaya activites. For you who have the experience of it, is it as easy to monger in Bangkok as in Bangkok?
If yes, I may spend more time in Bangkok than in Pattaya to have time to visit.
You decided against going to Pattaya? Seems indians are pack animals. Always see them in groupps. Maybe they always get a group discount. LOL.
LOL. Is that why MBK smells so bad? The place is swarming with em!

In Pattaya the fun starts earlier (early afternoon in Soi 6 and such) , Bangkok is more an evening and night kind of place, unless you go to the oilies or soapies or Eden Club. Those all start in the early afternoon too.
But if daylight open in-your-face on the street mongering opportunities are your kind of fun, Pattaya is rather unique.

Opening a bank account
Hi guys.
I am going to take cash with me. I'd like to open a bank account for the duration of my stay and may be close it when my holiday ends, which I heard is easily done. But, can I deposit foreign cash, or does it all have to be 1st converted to baht? And do you have a bank to recommend, or may be it doesn't matter.

In Pattaya the only Bank and Branch that seem to do it with little paperwork is Kasikorn (excuse the spelling if wrong, Green sign bank. The particular one is at Big C extra, formerly Carrefour located on Pattaya Klang. Go upstair the escalator and it is right in front and Home pro is on the right. Opens at 10am. They only need your passport and a pay receipt at the resident you are staying. Can be a resort, hotel, apartment etc. This branch doesn't seem to picky. They can also change your money, recently I brought back cash from the states. I compare their rates with the booth downstairs next to the donut shop and they were higher compare to Kasikorn. They were also much higher than a few other places I checked including their main branch on Second Road (Bangkok Bank. Kasikorn also has a booth outside the entrance to Big C. And their rates were lower than the booth inside.
Good luck,
LBM
