Was chatting to a short petite pretty Sisaket girl in the pub, where she works. She is somewhat like my Mrs in the face (very cute for my taste), but maybe body a little behind my GF. She mentions she would like to get a Farang BF, however she knows I am taken. I would take her likely, if I was available, and I get a feeling she likes me (thinking I am a good guy ha ha and able to live in the province too). I asked how old she is now (no baby). She said 36. I was flabbergasted, and thought she was pulling my leg. I really thought she was only 26, with all my experience too. Apparently she is very inexperienced with only 1 BF ever for just a few months. Seems shy, sweet, innocent, and very inexperienced at 36. Ha ha. Has always been too busy working etc. , and she says she is lazy to chat to guys by phone, if she never met them. Thai guys do not appeal to her, she likes farangs, but most Farangs in the pub of a suitable age, are taken. I imagine she would have to target guys of 46 up. Look for one just divorced, and looking for something better than before.

So she is a great catch for looks and sweetness, down side is age, shortness (5 foot nothing) and incredible inexperience. Might be hopeless on the bed. Maybe could learn. I have had shy inexperienced girls before for a GF and usually did not suit me that well sexually. Some are too conservative. There are countless Thai women aged 30 and up looking for Farang BF or husband, quite possibly older, however the vast majority of them already have a child as well.

Once met a tall pretty girl working at an airport café looking for a farang BF also. Again I was taken at the time. So many chances like this come up that one cannot really take advantage of, unless dishonest.

My message really, is that there are very nice looking very sweet Thai girls around available that are not hookers, if guys had a previous relationship with an overly bitchy women (my ex wife was moody, and usually a foul mood) and wants to find something a lot nicer. They may not be sex bombs in the slightest however. The big problem is it takes so long to determine real compatibility with a woman. I am fairly sure of my Thai GF now after 15 years. Ha ha. There were culture clash problems early on.

I'm in the very early planning stages of a 2 week trip to LOS with a friend who has never been. I've been about a dozen times. My favorite P4 P spots around the world are Germany, Spain, Thailand, and Colombia. My friend will mostly want young GFE. I am more interested in two girls with strap-on, rimming, BBBJ / CIM PSE-style non-stop experience, like Eden Club or Devil's Den. Overall, I want to make sure he has an "over the top" amazing experience and want him to see lots of variety of venues, especially with hands-on public nudity / sex if possible. Chiang Rai is too far. Ayutthaya is near BKK and good for a night or two, and Bridge over the Kwai for a BKK day trip. No bonking which allows you to recharge.

There is restaurant (never been inside) on Soi 11 just off Sukhumvit that plays live music, and the singer (s) is / are quite good.

I'm guessing your gf isn't from BKK? otherwise it would be quite easy for her to ask around and find out?

I thought was even better than the State Tower, in terms of easy to sit at edge and look out over the city. Live music, but quiet, I am not so expert on.

Also we've gone to some German dinner and dancing place, was fun. She doesn't want to go to Khao San. There are tons of places in Chicago, etc. I can't believe such a big city as Bangkok doesn't have piano bars, places like that. Oh well, so it goes. There are things to do early evening but she works until 9 pm. Things are easier without a GF!

On the left as you walk down Soi 11 away from Sukhumvit. Mostly outdoor seating, but some overhead coverage, so be mindful during Rainy Season. Casual, relaxed, somewhat romantic, candlelight tropical setting. Good food. Live music suitable for table chatting unless you sit right next to a loud speaker for the music.

My experience is very few Thai girls know about places like this unless they work the lower Sukhumvit area and have been taken there by Farang or Asian tourists/expats.

Admittedly many years ago, but my Zanzibar experience was really poor. Mosquitos, food poor (can't remember fine details now unless I search for my very old review), service poor. I would have though Rosabieng in same Soi was much much better (if is still there).

I would eat in a good hotel buffet when price and quality is right, but its important to find a good one. Not the Ambassador, for example. I used to enjoy one at Century Park Hotel in Pratuunam a few years back that was very reasonably priced. Its usually easier to just pick a good normal restaurant and avoid eating too much. Grand Millenium buffet was okay (perhaps a bit pricey).

2K sounds too high for a buffet to me. I would rather get a cheap bite and a sex session for same money. A work out at Mango is not fattening :D

I like Little Italy on corner Soi 23 for simple stuff. Their lamb cutlets are great. Unpretentious, basic, but good.

My favourite restaurant is Toaya Soi 33/1 (Japanese) very good value for money and super fresh suschi, which is difficult to find (closed Tuesdays).[/QUOTE]

I would not recommend Zanzibar only for the food but closer to the other criteria listed by the OP. I just mentioned the food in passing really. I don't believe the other restaurant options cited in your 2011 review qualify for any of the things asked for by the OP. That older exchange seems to have been only about places to eat in that area, something the OP this time didn't mention.
