Current ST rate for SP is around 6k & LT can be 12k-14k. You can bring it down depending on negotiation skills. I haven't heard about any smitha rao & I didn't see any reviews for her in the forum as well. Ask for her photo first, so you won't get surprised or something. If you like her than go for her. 10k for 4 hrs is bit higher, but if the girl is really good looking (service will be still questionable) , but I would advice you can go for her.
