Chiang Mai

I honestly don't remember the exact price, but in March it was well below 2000THB for a deluxe room on two occasions about a week apart.
The prices probably vary with the season. Besides, I usually book through Agoda. I used them originally, when I did not know which hotel to pick.
Afterwards I found, that they had very good prices, much better than even the specials quoted by the hotels directly.
This is btw also the case for our favoutite LL (may Guido and Hermann forgive me!).
As far as Raming Lodge not having a pool, yes, that is a negative aspect. But I never missed the workout facility, my lovely TGF took care of that!

First, I suggest you look into archived entries for places of action. Next, you must be more specific about what kind of action you desire....soapy massage, FL, bar scene, college girls, etc. Loi Kroh, and that area has much top offer. Don't know how long you intend to stay in CM, but you should not have too much trouble getting into trouble.

Foxy Lady is right next to d2 hotel and has some nice enough girls.

Although I have been to LOS many times during the years I ventured to CM for the first time this year. It was a good overall experience.
Stayed at the Royal Lana. GF. Brought a lady from a beerbar on Loi Kroh and nobody even asked for her ID. The Hotel has seen better days. Very basic, tired furniture and a trace of mildew on the shower tiles. Pros are GF, location (Night Bazaar and Loi Kroh Rd.), and good breakfast.
The mongering experience with the beerbar lady was probably one the best of the whole trip. She works at a traditional massage place during the day. She looked mid 30’s but according to her she was in her late 40’s. Hard to believe with such tight body. The session started with a real traditional oil massage. She obviously was a professional misuse. I have had many young girls who claim that they know how give a massage when in reality their skills are only limited to lay down with their legs open. This lady seemed to have enjoyed the session as she will get all wet. The session ended in the morning with another full body massage and FS. Great experience. Won’t forget this one anytime soon. Not cheap per CM standards at 2000 Baths, no BJ or anal but still an excellent experience.

Foxy Lady go-go bar right across the soi behind D2. Stay away from the beerbars next door to Foxy Lady, full of gays.

Wow, 2,000 is indeed very expensive for CM, especially with no BJ
