I found a place just off the main Sok San drag, it has UK in it's name. You'll find it in Google maps quite easily. I was able to negotiate 2 hrs oil massage for $10 (down from $13) and HJ finish fore $10. Pretty good way of killing a couple of hours during the day. With massage places, I recommend that you ask if there are private rooms. That's the best indicator for extra services.

All right boys hears you on the ground report. I'm moving from wonderful Bangkok to Siem, since here I can breathe the air. Plus my Visa is cheaper, and for a pittance, I have a luxury condo that is so nice I let my elderly mom stay there. So let me give you my preliminary advice. If you are coming here for fast and easy mongering like you think you might get in Pattaya or the bar scene in Phnom Penh, or in Bangkok, you might as well bring your wanking music with you. If you are a tourist, you will get some over-priced and unenthusiastic flop at a karaoke, or pick up some hag at one of the expat bars. You might be a younger guy dad gets lucky with some Taurus girl at one of the various venues, and if that's your scene, more power to you. But then again, you might go down to pub Street and get yourself a freelancer in one of the bars, but you better make sure that you check her ID first of all and second of all, before you even lay your money down for your room, verified in writing that they allowed guests.

Like if I only make half a post. Anyway, the CN here is either the ktvs, which is going to cost you and your hundred bucks, part of which is going to the tuk tuk driver and the girls aren't that nice and they don't even give blowjobs. So only tourists go to k TVs or Asian dudes. There are a few streets with a whole bunch of seedy massage parlors, and there are some good looking girls there, that's a rolling and flop for about 20 bucks.
They have the Chicken shack's too but that's for advanced mongers. That'll cost you five bucks. So if your interested in coming from Bangkok after, indulging in your mongering holiday, and you want to go see the temples here which are pretty damn cool, then you may want to bring your sandwich with you. If you're going to be here for any length of time, feel free to pm Me. I'll be moving in full time in June, and will be back in forth before then.
This is not a mongers paradise if that's all you are interested. If you're interested in a long-term stay in Asia without a lot of Visa hassles and clean air then this is where you want to be.
I will write more when I get home but Siem Reap has been better than expected. Have walked the streets, especially near Pub Street, and been approached but did not get into detail as I was already spent. But, that is not the only opportunity zone.
I found Tinder and Line to be very active. Some would move the conversation from Tinder over to WhatsApp. 3 girls in 3 days, all between 8-10 score. The Bars are slowly opening back up, but obviously, things are still dead because the border is still closed.
FWIW, because you can't come here yet, but the open venues in Siem have a great selection of hungry girls.
Looking for a place similar to what Phnom, but in Siem reap also looking for the cheap brothels north of town. I hope I can get pointed in the right direction.

Try the search feature. I suggest that you make your interest known to a tuk tuk driver or motodop when you are in SR.
