If she refuses or try's to negotiate I move on. During my last two trips I had no trouble finding lovely ladies willing to accept my price. On the other hand I do tip when the lady provides exceptional service & I expect to see her again.

I prefer La Pela (generic Cialis) about RD50 per bill. The generics are dirt cheap & the brand names are much cheaper than in the states. Search through the various threads. There is lots of info on the subject.
