According to your reference by turning right and keep looking to the right you will only see some small shops and a shanty looking set of houses.

Whats the name of the place and any board visible?

First you have to turn right at the w a silva mawatha junction (which is basically a road towards cinema, not sure if this is one way :S ). Then you shud take left towards havelock town.
