Brand new to our hobby on an international level. I did my first trip to Manila over Easter break and all I can say is I wish I would of found this forum before I did that trip because I made so-so many rookie mistakes but still had some success. I met a cutie virgin from Blossoms and also went to makati escorts but didn't try any bar hopping mostly because Manila can be kind of intimidating on how dangerous it looks. I definitely made a mistake of not finding a guest friendly hotel and constantly had issues with my guests getting to my room. Still new to our hobby. I had my first international adventure in Manila over Easter break and wow can I say based off my readings here I made some rookie mistakes. I did have some success though as well. For my first attempt of only a few days I met a girl through blossoms who was a nice 18 yr old virgin and was my company throughout the majority of the trip. I hope I can use my age to my advantage and get some helpful advise from seniors on here so I have even better success next time. As always any advise for a newbie to the hobby is appreciated!

There are many variables at play here. I remember reading a report by Tarheel of him taking taxis all over the the city as he went from club to club each night; to me that's a waste of time. I am not suggesting that one should lie to Filipina girls one meets on DIA about one's intentions to get married. This is simply a strategy that some men use. Virtually all of the girls state they are looking for a husband, and most of them would not dream of a one night stand with a stranger. I think guys commonly lead girls on to think there are long range opportunities that simply are not there, and this helps them get the girl into bed. For the record, I do not condone lying, although I must admit that even I have fibbed once or twice in my life.

Hutsori, in my experience, you are certainly correct. REgular girls can be found in bars and one can succeed in enticing them to bed. Furthermore, most DIA girls are not prostitutes but many will sleep with older foreign men without any expectations for a long term relationship on their first date. The ones that do usually expect some form of compensation, but they are not strident about this (and will not ask for payment). Indeed, if you do not slip them taxi money, the majority of women will go away without voicing any complaints. But, I think that most of them really do expect some cash. For those who do not believe me, RTFF.

I guess my age is showing, in that it must be the younger guys who can tolerate the clubs. Once, when I was staying at the New World, a friend led me to Palladium for a drink, and the noise was so deafening that I found it intolerable after 15 minutes or so and had to leave. It was impossible to have any sort of conversation and the music was several generations beyond what I recognize as music. I add this comment as a word of caution to the doddering set, in which I firmly include myself, that the pain of going to these places (assuming Palladium was typical of the noise level) might not be worth the trip, at least if you're over 50 and your musical tastes are frozen somewhere around the Rolling Stones era.

Regarding your points about the high-end clubs.

There are always guys here who said they did this and that in clubs and scored high end "upscale" girls but you need to know that they are lucky and probably in the minority. Many of these girls are there in friendship groups with the boyfriends also there in their own groups drinking separately but keeping an eye on their girls. Many of these fashionistas also have body guards lounging around discreetly watching over them and if you step out of line they will make life difficult for you (and possibly painful too).

In places like Republiq the reality is that most unescorted women there are high-class prostitutes so be prepared to pay high premiums to match that paid by the wealthy pinoys who are also there.
