Brenno. I have had experience at Yanhee, Bangkok (sorry, not Pats). It was excellent. I was able to view the doctor's portfolio before the surgery. His CV was posted and he'd had US training. I've had 2 plastic surgeon friends examine where it was done they all agree the work was excellent. No one else knows including my current gf (and now I guess everyone here, heh).
I sent a friend to the same doctor to revise some botched cheek implant surgery performed in the US. After examining him the doc told my friend he didn't think he could improve it. My friend did not agree and told him he wanted a second opinion (he went to Thailand for a fix and by God he was going to get it). He evidently got a doc that in 5 minutes told him he could revise the surgery. It turned out like you'd expect and he had a THIRD surgery once healed back in the US. Luckily doesn't look bad but what a hassle. Ding-dong!
I've had mixed experiences with dental (Good at Bumrungrad, terrible at Bangkok Christian). For another thread.
Bring your pain meds. Unless I was staying overnight I never got anything other than an NSAID (ibuprofen or the like). I had to get some under the counter morphine after a particularly painful dental procedure.
