Be safe is good but we are all immoral
In Germany, there are AO clubs (condom optional) which I have never visited for two reasons (1) unsafe for the reason you and others stated, (2) I was told girls in AO clubs usually not young, and not good looking. AO is available in normal FKK clubs with a price, relative safe because girls tested regularly.
"Xiao Shan" and "Ernai" are the same in China, usually safe for condom free sex if she tested negative, and stay with you only. In fact, from them I have became addicted to BB sex, because feelings are so different. AO sex feels much better.
Read your posting history, you are a senior monger sleeping with many sex workers in China. We are here to exchange information and experience, not argue about right or wrong morally. I can say when you surreptitiously sleeping with Chinese sex workers is also despicable. We are all immoral.
Bottom line, be safe, be cautious, be careful and be happy. Be nice to the girls and try to develop more intimate relationship and enjoy real happy experience of sex with young beauties. Of course, use condom as you advised when one is not sure. Thanks anyway for some facts and advises.
Well, yes. Apparently he is for real. Reading his posting history, They are mainly about the BB FKK scene in Germany (of which I have no knowledge). Almost all of his posts concern BB sex and he appears to have a high degree of paranoia about BB sex, but desires to continue the practice.
But I think that any guy who goes bareback (in Southern China where I have resided for 12 1/2 (included 4 years in HK) is a fool. And I think that any guy who deceives a girl by surreptitiously slipping the condom off during sex is despicable.
I imagine that there is also a big difference between the more sophisticated and sexually knowledgeable German scene than girls working in Chinese KTV and sauna, who in most cities are relatively uneducated and have little knowledge about sexual diseases and risk of transmission. Many of their practices are little more than superstition. For example the use of a certain brand of toothpaste to prevent STD infections..
