Thanks.[/QUOTE]Definitely, wear clothes. Your chances of walking around in Hong Kong naked, for anything more than a few minutes, will be practically zero. The police will probably detain you. Yes, clothes are a must. I suggest trousers if the weather is a little cool, otherwise shorts will be OK.
And won't lead to arrest.
Yes, a shirt is highly advisable, but in the hot weather, local men will walk around with belly exposed. Footwear is also strongly advised, but I have seen locals of the class "beggar" often without shoes or other types of footwear.
A hat is also strongly advised in the spring sun.
My advice, also, is to buy your own condoms.

Spent last night walking and drinking around the Tsim Sha Tsui east area and thought I would submit a report. Walked the full distance of Mody Road starting at Nathan Road, crossed Chatham Road and finsihed at Sceince-Museum Road and then turned back. Lots of eye candy and many pretty FL / street walkers offering massages and more. Called in to Sticky Fingers bar around midnight for a couple of beer. There were a few ladies there but quiet overall. The band was great. One full figured female lead singer can belt out a decent Adele song! Anyway, after my drinks I crossed Mody Road to walk around the square at the South Sea Centre. Many working ladies around here and all nicely dressed. This area was a lively area as there were many restaurants opened and lots of patrons enjoying a drink. There are quite a few 4-5 star hotels around here so I think they attract some of the more presentable working ladies. One nice well dressed Chinese girl asked for HK $1000 for long time. I thought about it but decided to give her a miss. So if you are bored or have some time to kill walk around this area and take in the sights.
