Contents of his camera prove this is so. Fact is UPPs and pacification are useful but these places are stil damned dangerous for outsiders, especilly foreigners.

What's the fascination with it anyway? Go to Camden, NJ. For Europeans its alot closer and a whole lot cheaper to visit. I believe the Garden City, NJ area has quite a few Brazilians in it.

Not sure if this is the appropriate forum but I totally agree. I rented from Bobby this past week and must say even though I paid US$100 per day for 10 days it was worth every penny. Far cry from the normal aged apartments bc the unit was recently renovated, new bathrooms, nice touch w stainless steel fridge and new appliances and new / clean linen and towel stock (obviously from his laundromat)! I'd rather pay the extra upfront than get hit with surprise electricity charge. Will rent from him again in the future!

I remember reading a report a few weeks back about tall mulata at 4x4 that is called BomBom being a poor performer. I bumped into her last week and she is an old "friend" went by Bea or Beatriz at MC and when she told me her new name it clicked. Well I totally understand the review / opinion and sorry the guy had a bad experience but this is one of my all time favorites just bc of her size (5'11") and chemistry but she is no dud.just sharing my experience. What's going on guys. I will be traveling to Rio for the first time on next week. What is the standard taxi fare from the airport to Copacabana? Are the taxi drivers at the airport legitimate or are there a ton of scammers? I have never had a problem with the taxi system when traveling, just want to know what I am in store for.

Any help would be greatly appreciated?

Just curious, what was the address of the apt you stayed in? I have found that this is the most important thing since it seems that all these guys rent the same places. So once you know where you want to stay you can just go with the best price.

Another member sent me a face pic, and although it's been some time since I have seen Natasha, I would have to say that she was not the woman in the picture, who I took to be "Eloa". There were no braces, but she could have removed those since the last time I saw her. But otherwise, facially the two did not appear to me to be the same person. This Eloa girl also looked to be more tanned. The Natasha I know had very white skin, braces, and darn near perfect English. But then again, maybe the other member has mistaken "Eloa" for somebody else. Oh well, not so important I guess.

Any help would be greatly appreciated?[/QUOTE]This last time I was in a rush and had way too much luggage to get the blue bus (R$6) that goes to Zona Sul. The Taxi is approx R$70 each way. Budget for R$100 in case of traffic. Make sure if you elect to take a cab to go to the 2nd floor where cabs are dropping off passengers or you'll get burned.

Yes I heard from the guy I normally rent from that he knew if he released it they would turn around and rent it for $100 LOL.
