When people are not moving. If someone is sitting on his ass watching TV and not moving due to a lockdown, that is a risk for blood clots too.

Crime rates went up to. Staying at home sitting on one's ass is not the natural state of man. It can cause mental as well as physical problems, that in extreme cases can result in suicide. People weren't getting timely medical care because the hospitals and doctors weren't doing nonessential procedures.
My knees are shot because of COVID. My gym closed for several months, and afterwards I cut back on gym usage even though I felt pretty comfortable there with my KN95 masks. I did a lot of running instead, like every day, and the rest is history.

Your numbers are off by three orders of magnitude. Your percentage, 20%, is in the ballpark of 2 X (official infections)/(world population). However, that's meaningless, with regard to what you're trying to show. There are a lot of people who had COVID and who aren't counted, because they weren't tested, or just used a home test. Well over 60% of Americans have COVID antibodies indicative of disease, and over 95% have antibodies from disease and or vaccination. I believe I've read estimates that 98% of Americans have some immunity.
And correct, this is like the flu so there is no herd immunity. But immunity through infection is considered by some researchers and doctors to be as effective or more effective than vaccines. At this point in time vaccination mandates don't make a whole lot of sense. Because almost everyone has some immunity, and a lot of the unvaccinated are as well or better protected than many of the vaccinated.
