In one case I had one that was cool, she charged basically her cut of the Fase II fee and didn't watch the clock, we also went on a trip to Cartagena. Overall, I find both places have girls who have high opinions of themselves and probably a couple of rich regulars who support that conceit.

My SD friend charges 200K plus cab fare however I found that to be negotiable. I have not been to Luna Lunera but noticed several of their girls hanging around La Manzana so I bet they are that price or less. Centro girls will charge 200K TLN in many cases. 300K if they get A LOT of dates. There are only maybe three or four girls there that get regular enough dates to command any more than 200K.

I never liked the selection, or lack there of, when I visited. Usually I see one or two and they seem high mileage and not to my gusto. I went on a date in Bello tonight and I guess there is some valuable information vis-a-vis nightlife there even though otherwise you only care about the fucking.

Some places, went to a spot called Versailles. It's on a strip Cra 51 with a variety of other bars including one called Tijuana and some bullshit. They are all essentially the same, plain bars with loud ass music and after midnight the local thugs start showing up places. The drinks were reasonable, there was some dancing but not much and overall it was the usual reggaeton-induced headache. Went to a place called Police. Pretty cool, loungey with a couple cute girls dancing. Nice vibe in the place with good music, nice mix of reggae and 90s hip hop. Not terrible. Very smoke friendly also. It's definitely for the younger guys. Lastly we checked out a place called Palm Beach Bar. This was a proper rumba. It was after 3 and I was on my way home, the place was still packed and sweaty.

Bello is a cool ass place, my only thing there is that it's such a small world. You can holler at a girl and suddenly her boyfriend, cousin and uncle are all on your balls at once. I had a good time with this one, she is playing some old guy for his cash and living pretty decently as a result. went on an exploratory trip around the centro today. if you go below the maracaibo bars, there are many places. i was likely the only foreigner in any of them but i did not feel threatened in any way. they are a bit lower rent places but there were a few gems here and there. prices were also cheaper. most places were 40k full service, you could probably nickel-dime from there. there were mil peso lap dances at the strip joints. conejitas by the museo de antioquia had the most girls and i guess objectively the best selection. that was 50k. i did not session there, just had a drink and watched a decent show. there are a multitude of others, i went back in one (40k, extras included) and damn near fell to my death (ok not really, but it was a good 8-10 foot drop onto my feet) when a stair broke. i had to hop up onto the top step and, as you'd figure, getting down was not easy. i guess i need to take it easy on the arepas!

anyway, there were various strip joints there but nothing i'd recommend highly. there are also a number of places such as the scarlaty bar where there are a lot of girls dancing with the customers, trying to get drinks, etc. some of them are pros. some of them are also ****. be aware of this.

lastly, in this area there are a good number of streetwalkers. i have been advised that the day time on weekends is the best action for that. tons of short-time motels, very tijuana-ish scene in some regards.

anyway, all this is a stone's throw from the main centro clubs and the museo. obviously this is not the posh part of town, but it's not as caliente as one might think or colombians will tell you. i did go with someone who is a local and fairly well known in the area, but i don't think it made a huge difference. you've got three options, cheap-o strip joints, mayorista style bars with a mix of pros and non pros and the street scene. if you enjoyed the mayo (i did not) , this might be a good option for you.

Your question is probably one of the most frequently asked ones. I understand that this is a very active forum and things get buried in all the noise. At least tell us a bit about yourself and what you are looking for? Cheap fucks in casas, clubs or TLNs etc. Are hotels and flights from where you are coming from go into the equations etc.

I've mongered in DR and CR many times, Rio and Ctg each once. I'm looking for somewhere new. I've never been to Medellin before. Most of the hot girls come from there whether you're in Jaco, San jose or even Ctg. So I wanted to ask your expertise and opinion. Which spot is better? Ctg or Medellin? Looking for cheap but quality fucks, pretty girls but also something to do like sight see, etc. Wanted to know if Medellin is good to visit as the other places are all saturated.

Thanks![/QUOTE]Jaco is basically a dump, Medellin is likely your best value and potentially best selection but more for someone experienced. Cartagena is a nice mix of mongering and regular tourism, it's pricier than MDE but still reasonable.

Finally coming back home after oh so such a long time! CTG will be a bit more expensive then Cali or Medellin as it is a tourist destination. Flights maybe a bit more to CO vs CR but you'll make up for that in food, drinks, and especially chicas. Jaco is also touristy loc so everything there will cost a helluva lot more! Your call but finally convinced my boys to come back to CO!

shortly after my guide picked me up at the airport i began to get a good feeling about medellin. i had read so many articles on the internet about medellin. both really good and really bad. the truth is that the city is nowhere near as bad as the media portrays it to be or that people have burned in their minds from history. the christmas lights were amazing and unlike anything that i had ever seen and the new years celebration was equally impressive. the weather was awesome and the views unbelievable. but none is this is why i went to medellin. i went there for the girls!

i have been going to jaco, costa rica for the last couple of years and witnessed it take a dramatic dive. i also went to panama to see if that was better and it was but not exactly what i was looking for to replace jaco. one thing i noticed was i kept meeting beautiful and hot in bed women and they were from colombia (mostly medellin). so i decided to go to the source and see what it was all about.

i visited all levels. from the downtown casas to loutron. girls prices range from 32k to 240k and price does not always mean better. maybe prettier but not better for sure.

downtown casas. 32k.

downtown stripclubs. 60k.

other strip clubs. 180k.

loutron. 240k.

during the day i hit the mid range priced casas (avedos, energy. both have great girls and are clean and professional) and the downtown casas.

my favorite place to go in the late evening (for sex or just to watch the girls and drink) is ejecutivo. inexpensive drinks, good girls with on sight rooms and a wild live sex show you've got to see.

a couple tips for newbies:

1. take a phone that uses a sim card. buy a tigo sim card as it seems to have better service for both phone and internet (internet test my speed showed 1. 5 meg)

2. figure how many condoms you think you might use on a good trip and double it. my favorite is trojan ecstasy . could not find anywhere after running out of 50 of them. the condoms they sell are small and not that good. you will wish you had brought your own.

3. use a guide. money well spent. i used willi (search for willi best guide medellin) who i found on this site (medellin list report #641. thanks to world travel 69 for this very helpful report as it is an excellent reference for girls / places in medellin. some items are a little dated and have increased but they are still pretty close) willi is an excellent guide and i used him almost everyday. he speaks very good english and knows the city inside and out. his rates are currently 30k per hour or 25k per hour for more than 3 hours.

that is all for now but in closing i will say that i enjoyed the trip so much that i have booked my next trip for april already.
