I thought I was finding a new spa, but this turned out to be the old Green Tree spa on Peace Ave. Near the 10 Khoroo bus stop. I decided to give it a try since it has been more than a year. Walk west from the bus stop and there is the row of stores. Before you get to the Khan Bank, it is a door that you go up a few steps to get to. Sorry I can't be more helpful, but I think it is it 2nd store before you get to the building with the Khan bank.
