Never Let My Card Leave My Sight
A few years back I went with some friends to Space 3 nights in a row. Each night a different person paid with their card. The basically took the card, disappeared and came back 10 minutes later asking to sign the receipt. Once we got back to the states there was a list of charges on our cards we never made. 1 card I would understand but on 3 different cards that's a pattern.
I understand why using the card is better as it keeps the cash readily available for chicas and I still use my card there for restaurants, shops, tours, etc but I will never use it in a club unless they bring the machine to me for me to insert it.
Maybe your experience will be different, maybe the person who swipe the cards info no longer works there, who knows? Just be cautious.

In Colombia they always bring the machine to you.
I had my card numbers stolen and the security code on the back, I was on a trip years ago and I was in Manhattan New York City and the little shit head said she had to "run the card in the back room". Never again have I let a card out of my sight.
That's how you pay in US restaurants

Unlike some foreign countries, in US restaurants they run your card either at the cashiers or computer terminals located in certain spots. They don't usually bring the card reader to your table.
Reading and comprehension
Why go to Colombia to pay for sex if you don't like Black people? Why not go to the FKK clubs and Germany with people of your own kind?
Try not to insert your own perception into my post. Reread the post and try again.
No one is trolling. Comparing a club to an NBA / NFL locker room because said club is filled with black people is bigoted. If I were to compare FKK clubs to 3rd Reich headquarters it would be the same.
This is where reading an comprehension comes into play. Have you ever been told 800 mil la noche when talking to the chica or do you get the normal 400 mil - 500 mil?
What if he is black?
At least someone fully read the whole comment and understood why all of a sudden the price goes up by 300 mil for me which have me end up bargaining back down to the normal price.
Thank you for understanding why I was getting told a high price.
Depends on the restaurant
Do you proactively ask a waiter to bring the reader? Unlike some foreign countries, in US restaurants they run your card either at the cashiers or computer terminals located in certain spots. If they see the card on the table the waiter will tell the customer they will be right back and come back with the machine for the customer to insert the card, and in some restaurants the waiter disappears with the card then comes back with the final receipts for the customer to sign. With COVID I did see more establishment installing contact less terminals state side, even the new handheld machines are contactless but its up to the establishment to upgrade their POS machines.
Unless the customer proactively ask how are card transactions processed, that customer would not know if they will bring the machine or if the establishment even have a handheld machine. If the waiter have to run all the way back to the bar or a terminal to swipe the card the only way around it is to accompany the waiter to the machine and watch them process the transaction to make sure they didn't write down the numbers and CVC.
