Even though Termas 65 is located in Centro, they charge Copacabana prices for service:
Entrance: 90 Reals (NOTHING included, no deals)
Room charge: 100 Reals (1 Hour)
Girl Charge: 240 (1 Hour)
Service total for 1 Hour for 1 hour is 420 Reals if you do the math. You are much better off going to Termas Cancun, right around the corner from 4 X 4 as an alternative. The prices are similar (Entrance 50 or 60 Reals, depending on the days; sessions I believe 260 or 280 Reals for 1 hour). But Cancun has days where you can consume the entry fee for food and drink (Consumao as it is called) and those days are Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. Check it out on their website under "eventos" (http://www.clubcancun.com.br/home.html). Locals hate it because it is priced for the elite in Centro and the girls are no different than what you will find in other venues. Think Centaurus as far as what to compare it to and the girls are no different IMHO from other Tier 1 Termas.
Try Termas 65, Rua do RosáRio 65. Centro. Rio de Janeiro, Tel: (021) 203-1338 it's just one block over and a couple of blocks down from 4X4. It's an easy walk and makes changing places easy. I've started at 65 at about 15:00 then moved over to 4X4 after 18:00 staggering out about 21:00 and heading back to the hotel in Copa for dinner before trying BarbraElla about 00:00
ok, so i decided to go off the beaten path and try checking out some termas in campo grande. i was invited by a couple of brazilian friends that mangaed to espace from their gf's. i went to 3 different one's on the same night. i did not have high expectations going into this night. and i am glad i didn't. i went to buena vista termas first. 20 are entrance fee, includes a couple of beers. its about 180r for 1 hr in the cabina. the gerente said their were about 35 garotas. that was bullshit. more like 12 garotas and 40 guys. we had our two drinks and got the hell out in 20 minutes. just one doable gal in my opinion.
usually this place is good according to my friends who were there a couple of months ago on a tuesday night.
next we went to another called west side. i was able to convince the manager to let me in to take a peek while my friends waited outside. glad i did, this place was even worse. 2o are entrance, also included a couple of drinks. this place was more run down. looked like an old motel turned into a puteria.
so we moved on to another place, which i think has potential, but we just went on an off night. it is called refugio. amazing outside bar and huge round pull. then it has an interior dance floor with strip pole. it had a couple of decent garotas, but again. 3 times more the amount of guys than women. we had our two drinks, and left about an hour later, right after the strip show. it was 30r entrance fee, included a couple of beers. programa for an hour with the gal is about 190r including the room.
in life, sometimes you win, and some times you loose. you have to learn to accpet that so one doesn't get upset or stressed. the night was a flop, but hey. there is always the next day, especially in bunda land.

plenty of hot looking babes on the web site, wondering if anyone has first-hand experience to share.

plenty of hot looking babes on the web site, wondering if anyone has first-hand experience to share.
it's not one place. it's a collection of massage clinics throughout rio. most of the babes are affiliated with a particular clinic. they may or may not still be there. imho, these garotas move around a lot among the clinics. for example, danny loira was working in a zona sul clinic back in feb, now she's supposedly in centro. a clinic may have pics of 8+ massagistas, but only a handful maybe working at a time. make an appointment with one, but when you arrive, you maybe told she is not available. my experience was bait and switch. like the prives, gems can be found, but you have to be willing to put in the effort. ymwv
Nice update on T65, thanks Voyager. When I first got to Rio a few years ago, it used to have some smoking hot girls. In fact, I had 3 amigas from there who I started to see outside T65 and they were some of my best times in RJ. But lately. Say the last 1. 5+ years. The quality has really gone downhill and it is as you describe. Which is really a shame because I really like the facilities. They have nice rooms (esp. The 1 hour rooms) , a decent shower area, really nice steam-room, and I really like the Boate. It's got a nice layout and it's easy to circulate / sit. I really don't know what has happened to drop the quality of the girls so much.

I think I'll stick with the prives; the above-mentioned ones plus a few in Tijuca. Is what I'm likely to find there comparable to that web site, or is it a distinct step down?

Does anyone know, what websites brasillian's use for personal ad's?
Does anyone know, what websites brasillian's use for personal ad's?
Wow, It takes 1 day for a message to post.
I realize I haven't contributed to this forum much, but I can share some knowledge on how to get non-pro pussy in English speaking countries.
I love bareback sex, could never come with CFS, there I said it. Yes, I know I am playing Russian roulette but I can't help it. The best sex I have ever had was from Craigslist and from Sugar baby websites. I travel quite a bit and couple of weeks before I land at a new location I place ad's or use sugar baby websites to get in touch with the local cuties. I like the slim, average tits, in shape, no tatoos, no piercing, kind of cuties and honestly I haven't found them in the Rio Terma's.
If you have some game. Dress well and know how to treat a woman then there is a lot of pussy out there. I haven't been with an professional in quite some time, most the woman I have been with were lonely, sick of their boyfriends or husbands or were just looking for a guy who doesn't split the bill with them
Attaching some pics from a recent encounter. She responded to a CL ad in Houston.
First a disclaimer, for the vets who read this report, you might want to skip the reports up to part 5. Or you could read it and say I already knew that. Those first few reports hopefully will help the newer visitors to Rio. With that said here we go.
Because of personal commitments, yes a girl. This will probably be my last trip to my favorite place to monger.
I arrived in Rio on June 25th and left on July 3rd. First three days in Rio staying at the Hotel Itajuba in centro. Next three days were spent in Arraial Do Cabo with the remaining days at the Hotel Granada in Lapa.
This trip was a little different because not once did I venture out to Coppacabana, Ipanema or Leblond. To tell the truth, I didn't miss it. I had a great time in centro and if I ever do come back, I would stay in centro again.
I know before I left there was talk on here about how fat the Brazilians chick have gotten. That maybe true, but everyday that I walked downtown, I saw alot of beautiful women. Everytime I thought I saw the perfect girl, just down the block was an even better chick, and so on and so on. Everybody has their own taste for women but I can say, I still love how the Brazilian women, at least the ones I saw downtown, looked.
To get things started, hopefully most of you guys are in the Global Entry program. No, I do not work for the govt. Besides coming into the country which is a breeze, going out is just as quick. Separate line where you don't have to take off your shoes or jacket. Don't have to take the liquids in your carry on out, and best of all, you don't have to go through the x-ray machine that the govt. Says is safe. Yeah right.
Once in Rio, the line for immigration was very fast, maybe a wait of 3 minutes. I walk outside and avoided the taxi's. I thought I had read where there was a bus that went directly from gig to Santo Dumont. From there I was going to take a taxi to my hotel.
Went to the bus stop and the sign read Santo Dumont. I asked the driver to be sure and he said yes and the fare would be are$12. 00. We left our terminal at 10:00 and went to the other terminal to pick up more fares. After 15 minutes off we went. I'am thinking, even with the extra 15 minutes we should still be in pretty good shape.
Wrong, we headed straight into the downtown traffic. What I thought was going to be a direct to Santo Dumont, turned out to be first, the main bus terminal, then stops in centro, and then to the domestic airport.
The good news is, when the driver stopped on Rio Branco in front of the Cinelandia metro stop, I got off. I wasn't exactly sure where my hotel was but I read that it was very close to this metro stop. The driver got my suitcase out from the under carriage and sure enough, less than a half a block away, was my hotel.
So for are$12. 00, not too bad, but the bad news was, I looked at my watch and it was already noon. Two hours to get there but I wasn't in a rush since check-in at this hotel was 13:00. I was able to check-in when I got there.
Once in the hotel, unpack, take a shower and a shave. I have a hard time sleeping on planes. This was no exception, but because my time was limited this trip, I was going to make good use of my time.
Go to the Cinelandia metro stop to recharge my metro card for are$20. 00. I didn't even need it because after the first day, I mostly walked everywhere. Anyways, took the metro to President Vargas and walked from there to Behar to exchange my money.
Their rate at the time of exchange was are$2. 22 to the dollar. Since they usually have the best rates, I didn't even check the rates anywhere else.
Even with no sleep on the plane, after getting my Brazilian money, it was off to the races. I will write about all the casas and termas individually.
As I said before, I walked just about everywhere and that was made possible because the weather was good. At least for me it was. I usually have the aircondition unit going full blast. Not this trip, hardly used it at all. I did use the fan alot.
The only time it rained on me was Monday night after I left 4x4, and just about all day Tuesday. It did stop by Tuesday night. Perfect walking weather.
To recharge my batteries, I went to Arraial do Cabo. If you like beaches, you should like this place. I loved this place. There is no nightlife like Buzios, but somehow I like this place better. The water is so clear and everyone told me how cold the water would be. I thought the water was fine, and there were alot of people in the water who thought so too.
The only bummer, I wanted to take the boat ride to the islands that had ever clearer water then praia grande where my hotel was located. Five minutes before loading, the guys on the dock said the Navy said because of a storm waring, no more boats would be going out today. Seem kinda weird since the sun was out and the skies were clear. Oh well, it's their call. So I walked back to the other side and spent the rest of the day playing and sunning on the beaches of praia grande. I have had worst disappointing days.
On Sunday, take the bus back to Rio. My original plan was to go to V. M, but because of the futbol game at Macarana, I said forget it. Too many crazies would be out and if Brazil won, forget about it.
It's funny, my first trip to Brazil was in 2002 when Brazil won the world cup. That was crazy, so I guess it's only fitting, that on my last trip to Brazil. Brazil wins the fifa cup.
Actually, this trip reminded me of my first trip here. Maybe because I was so naive, everthing seemed perfect. Well this trip was pretty close. The majority of my sessions were way up there.
I was almost hoping I would have one bad session like the one I had at Monte Carlo last year so I could say to hell with Brazil, I'am never coming back. But no, I'am going to miss this place even more.
Sorry guys, going down memory lane and got a little sidetracked. So how does Arraial tie in with our sport? Not because Arraial has p4p, at least to my knowledge. But I took the bus roundtrip from Rio.
Again, I read (I think it was tripadvisor) that said you could reserve seats in advance from your own computer. Well I tried that but it wouldn't let me do it unless you have a cpf, cfp or whatever that number is called. Maybe the guy who wrote it is Brazilian.
Since I couldn't reserve it from home, I checked out the authorized sellers. The one I went to was next to Dantur tours located downstairs at Rio Branco 156. Sound familiar? So yes, I killed two birds with one stone. Went up to the casa, came down and bought my tickets for Arraial.
By the way, my bus was full so if you take the 1001 bus system, it's probably better to reserve in advance. The cost from Rio to Arraial was are$50. 08. From Arraial to Rio was are$47. 07. If you use a credit card, I believe they tack on an extra are$5. 00.
So that Sunday checked into the Hotel Granada and stayed in to watch the game. Since this hotel was in Lapa, I wasn't sure what to expect. They just remodeled the rooms so the rooms look pretty new. I never brought a girl back but it didn't sound like this hotel was girl friendly.
Even though it is a little further out, I had no problems walking to and from the hotel to the casas and termas, even late at night. There were a few casa less than 10 minutes away from this hotel. I actually liked this hotel and the area.
Lastly, I ate mostly at places I've been to before but here are two new places I visited that were pretty good.
1) Enoteca Uno. Av Rio Branco 1. On the top floor. When you get into the elevator push pc. Although I was in shorts and a tee shirt, this is a more high class restaurant. Great views of the bay when it isn't foggy like the day I went. There's a guy playing relaxing music on the piano while dining.
I went by myself to this restaurant but it's catered for the more relaxed crowd. In between servings it's spaced out so you can relax and talk about things. I had the 3 course meal which was very good and a couple of sodas. So if you go, try and take someone with you. Even though I was only in tee shirt and shorts, I was still treated well.
I do recommend this place.
2) Besi This is a little place my friend who lives in Rio brought me to. It was funny, I asked for directions when he called about this place. He said to meet him in front of Cancun. Okay, he knows Rio. So I get to Cancun and this place is diagonal to Cancun. So, if you leave Cancun, turn left, walk about 10 steps, turn right and go across the street and there it is.
In front it's a store that sell stuff for the kitchen. The restaurant is at the rear of the store. Just by passing this place many times, I never knew there was a restaurant in the rear.
This is a place to eat a lighter lunch. They have salads, sandwiches and deserts. My friend had the salad with roast beef. I had the pasta salad. For desert, he had the cheese-cake, I had a brownie. My friend said he likes the sandwiches there but that would have to be next time, if there is one.
I liked my salad but the brownie was a little weak. Needed more chocolate flavor to it. I'am spoiled with all the good brownie places near me in L. A.
My friend treaded so I don't know what the prices were. I believe you can guess where we had our post desert? LOL.
