From what I've researched in Chapinero (one of the richest districts), AirBnBs and local hotels are the most lenient with their policy. If they do charge, it's a small amount (like less than $10 for an overnight guest). Stay away from the international chains unless you want to pay high fees ($40-$100 for an overnight guest).

Taquendama do charge me an equivalent of USD 13 for a visitor at night, but only during nighttime. I am not sure when is their cutoff time is though since I don't have that issue during the daytime.

In cold months to get shower you have to push yourself because it's cold. What do you want from girls? They have 10 clients a day.
