General Reports

Was wandering around Lockhardt Rd in Wan Chai last Friday, and found a place called Taboo. Basically, it's a bar with a dance floor and tunes from a pretty good live band. Filled with women mainly from Philippines who are dressed in club wear. Looks can range but you can easily find ones that look pretty good (not 10's but a decent amount of 8's, and they have a really fun attitude). The women don't work for the club but do get paid for the drinks they get men to buy them. No idea how much they get paid, but a warning, they down those HK $170 (about US $22) drinks really fast. Anyway, it's a really fun place and if you want, you can take them home after assuming you can agree on a price. I had to go back to my hotel to meet someone but it was quite clear the girl I was with would have come along for $1500 all night. My recommendation is that this is a great place for fun, especially if you are alone with a few hours to burn.

Understand that for that drink price they get $100. The $85 tequila gets them $40. Plenty girls there as you say and all available. Your price is about right although ST is easily got for $1000 without too much bargaining.

Interesting night last night. Despite the pouring rain I ventured out just after 11.00 pm. Streets quiet and even the main street bars looked quieter. Headed for Neptune 111. All but empty but met Jan and Channell and had a good bit of banter with them. They will not be returning to HK as they found it difficult to make money. No wonder at their asking price of $3000!

Managed to avoid buying them a drink, despite being asked. Headed back to Mysties and whilst having a beer at the bar I was approached by "Shane" who asked if she could join me. No problem. Nice girl, chatty without going over the top. Bought her a couple of drinks as she passed my test by not asking for one first. Subject got round to the usual and she wanted $2500. No way but we continued to chat away. She was then joined by a 22 year old friend. Shane then asked if I was interested in the two of them for $2000 all in. Tempting as it was, I declined. Telling her I had difficulty dealing with one, never mind two. She laughed.

Miss A from Insiders then came in but took my involvement with the other girls well. That's life.

Left about 2. 00 am on my own.

As I write this (3. 00 pm), Shane is texting me to invite me out for lunch! Pity I have just eaten but let's see what develops later.

Could be my last report as I am heading off to New Zealand for business tomorrow.

Had a good time but things are changing. Fewer girls although I expected to have been paying more this trip but it may well be that supply and demand are now keeping the costs steady.

I have always contended that your reports are a must read for anyone wanting to do the Wanchai rounds.

For your reference, Mysties, Taboo, Flame and the new bar occupying Boracay are under same management. Drinks can be a pain and I try to manage it by offering a margarita instead of giving the girl the opportunity to order what she likes. For quotes I tell them what I normally pay and its up to them if they wish to come along. Sometimes I win and sometimes they win.

Agree about the drinks and I generally order the smaller tequilas at $80/$85. I remember being caught out last year when I left 2 girls to order whilst I went to the toilet and came back to $360 bill. On another occasion in Escape the girl asked for wine and just before the bottle was opened I asked how much. $1000. The bottle went back. Must admit when they say "up to you" I start at $1000 and surprisingly, it is more often accepted than not. As you say, win some, lose others.

Sign of the times. There are many girls going home with nothing. I met a few who would not leave for $1000 and they went home with nothing. Got to admire their standards!

Maybe have one last fling tonight.

Did have one last fling after all. Arranged to meet Shane at Mysties about 10.30 pm. After a few drinks we retired to the hotel but not before I was suckered into buying a good few tequilas which she repeatedly said made her more sexy. She really should have said more money which was nearer the truth. Cost was $1500, $1000 less than what she was looking for last night. Should have stuck to my "normal" $1000.

Not a bad night to be honest but have had better and she left at 2. 00 am with a promise to meet me the following day for a lunch time drink. This never materialised, probably because there was no money involved. Bye bye honey. I'm not entirely daft.

Wish I had responded to Jan's texts when in Mysties. Might have had a better night. Off to New Zealand via Bangkok. Jesus, there are some good looking girls in the LOS. Should have stayed there!

I can vouch for Jack's report from Tuesday evening. Thought I'd pop into Amazonia (knowing I was off to Macau the next day) to have a drink and listen to the band. There were definitely more guys than girls. Then dropped into Escape to see a friend who was chatting to an older man. Similarly there were more gents than ladies and unusually few South American ladies. - Think I must have given my friend bad luck, as suddenly another lady appeared in the gents arms. Its a competitive industry.

Jack made a big mistake not staying 2 or 3 days in BKK.

I used to have some luck at the The HK cafe. This time it had many girls but they were overly aggressive and not attractive to my taste. However, Escape seemed to be still going strong at that time. Pity if it is also going down.

My post never stated Escape was quiet. It was Ok for numbers. It stated there seemed to be more gents than ladies. Other times there are more ladies than gents. I probably go to escape once every three months and it seems to be doing OK.

I. Still am at a loss as to how to tell. No Adam's apple, no bulge in the pants, and the hips seems to sway the right way when they walk. Am I 100% safe if I picked up from inside the bars? Honestly, learning moment here. Do you slip the girl a few ladies drinks and insist on feeling them up? Why can't African WGs access the bar?

FWIW, I understand most guys will dish out a beating in those circumstances. It encourages full disclosure in the future. It is not an uncommon occurrence, especially with the Thais.

Also, some guys prefer LBs but do not consider themselves gay. Go figure. I heard that it is harder to tell with post op ones. In Hong Kong, a good reason for the velvet curtain places when there is a good crop. FWIW, you can now objectively compare a BJ from both sexes ;-D And there is that question if one time makes one gay?

Wanchai is a real hit or miss for a pretty high price. Dundus is more certain. The walk ups are a little less. I guess the rare gem like JTL found is what keeps drawing people back. I always insist on contributing to the ladies while I can. Some are just too thick or stupid or proud to accept. Those tend to blow the contributions very quickly.

Aside from standing in dark corners, they are also walking around on Lockhart road on the same side of the street as Mysties. Then they cross the road and walk the other side of the street where the Wharney hotel is. You have to look hard to determine LB or not. Dressed well and bigger than your average girl. Of course there's Jaffe road by Taboo as well. Unfortunately post-ops have hit the 141 scene as well.

What are Sunday's like in Wan Chai? Is there really a wave of DHs around the area? One guy I met last trip made it seem unbelievable.

Of course, there is a lot of DHs in Wan Chai on Sundays. There are even more DHs in Kowloon Park in Tsim Sha Tsui.

Have not been in a long time but am sure it has not changed much in terms of availability. The good thing about Wanchai discos is that most girls are there to play. DH get lonely and need an itch scratched. It is pretty interesting when one realizes that girls are as horney as guys. I for one realize that I cannot keep up with some of the younger gals. Some want it all the time and on multiple days. I never had that much energy nor time to devote to this one sport on a daily basis. Had one comment that I tasted different and the consistency was different. Couldn't tell her that it what happens after a week's break LOL

As for how to tell, I think it is getting harder, especially with post op gals. This is a big problem in Thailand. Many are really petite and start early with hormone treatment so they basically look like a girl except they have the junk down there. I heard that the junk can be duck taped or tucked so one cannot see / tell. Take a look at the LB beauty contests. There are quite a few tiny ones in Wanchai.

I always take great liberties with my hands. Nothing like checking out the merchandise with an initial examination. No drinks required, at least in Asia. IMHO, it is a market after all. If they don't let me, there is probably a reason, with which I don't have the time to explore. The last time I was there on a weekend, two indo alternatively sat on my lap while letting my fingers explore. I hope this way I can weed out post op girls, though I have not come across one in Wanchai yet. I also avoid Thais in HK for that very reason and Thailand is much cheaper. Filipino LBs are more obvious. Then again, a former Thai boxing champ is a LB.

As for Africans WGs, I suspect it is because some clients were rolled by them or bfs. According to the newspaper, there were at least a couple LEO stings to address the problem. I would think AIDs should be a concern. It has been discussed here.

I am curious as to what Chantik's thoughts are on the African and LB. Alternatively, Battousai, hire her to pick her.... and get some advice. From what I read here, she is a she and a real person ;-D I was fortunate to befriend some DH/WG who guided me through their Wanchai. Tuition was not too bad.
