East China - Shanghai
I would stay away from Rain. She seems mentally unstable. Ask her a question and she goes crazy and makes threats. Recently she outed somone with his name and contact info on her wechat because she got angry at him.
OK, so no Rain because she's crazy, but my question is, "are these still operating? What about Manhattan's Judy's?" a couple weeks ago, I read there was police tape across the front of Judy's door. There has been no post since saying they are back up and running.
Not to worry: Manhattan and Judy's operating as usual, no problem there.
Confirm that Manhattan is open. I went last night at 11 pm.

But, it was a dude fest. 10:1 ratio, very little selection and none above a 6.

Took Lyna back to hotel for 2 kRMB, 2 hrs 2 pops. Cute Viet with average build. Pricing was same among the 3 SP's I interviewed. Service was OK, but will not repeat.

But, the BBBJ with "please baby cum in my mouth" was alright.

With all the saunas shuttered I would have thought there would be more selection. Where are all the girls?

Aside, I tried to purchase subscription to ISG and my Visa card was not accepted. Will subscribe by cash when I get back stateside. Damn, I need a soapy massage.

With the sauna situation as it is, and no other pointers here, I TOFTT and tried a menu selection from Happymassage, AirHostess Fenny.

Booked Fenny for outcall, 2 hrs GFE FS, 1 kRMB+200 for taxi. She showed up on time. Good English.

Petite spinner, face 7 body 8. Clean, smelled nice. Etc.

Got straight to business. She asked for "tip" to give BJ and I reminded her what FS means. She gave up arguing and proceeded with CBJ.

Good skills, then onto covered mish and cowgirl. She is smoking hot but she rushed the service, not like "hurry up baby", but aggressive riding, grinding and moaning and didn't slow despite me asking her to slow down, I didn't stand a chance. She was in and out in 30 minutes.

Could have been better, definitely could have been worse. If you want a quick satisfaction and can tolerate attempts to upsell, I recommend. If you want GFE, you need to look somewhere else.

I won't repeat. Still seeking tips for soapy in Shanghai.

#250 YuYuan Road MP near Jingan Temple has re opened. #10 is there for your service. Fun gal. Good moves.
Hi,

Any local friends who can recommend me soapy massage? I am here for a week and each of my contacts have told me that they are closed. The dry spell is really bad for me.

Thanking you all good fellows in advance.

Ed.
I'm in shanghai now you can PM me how to find it.

Hey guys,

I used to live in shanghai but now itś been a while. Back in the day, FS treatments were widely available at selected hotels, just ask for it in the spa lobby and of you go. Shanghai hotel was one of these very nice places.

I'm now planning a trip, and I would very much appreciate an update on the availability of these services.

Is this kind of service gone forever or is it still available?
#250 YuYuan Road MP near Jingan Temple has re opened. #10 is there for your service. Fun gal. Good moves.
Thanks Beijing4987.

Visited #10 at this place today, easy to find. Decent oil massage for 1 HR and some fun with a fun girl. The little disposable pants she had me wear confused me for a while, until she started exploring. I left happy.

Damage 300 RMB +200 tip.

Thanks again.

Still hoping a soapy shop opens soon!

Okay, I have an unusual request, but I'm willing to compensate anyone who helps me with Paypal cash.

Met a girl at a massage place in PuXi last spring on a visit. Was planning on coming back soon. But with life, things never panned out the way I expected. I want to connect with the girl via WeChat before she gets lost forever. If anyone is in the PuXi area and wants to check out the massage place at link below to ask for the girl's info, please PM me. Giving a US $50 Paypal bounty for said girl's Wechat (will PM more details for anyone who is wants to try). Not even sure if place is open.

Thanks.

I've been to Judy's and Manhattan few times in the past. However, either the russians / columbians are too less or below average, let alone the dude / chic ratio. Its quite surprising, given that Guangzhou has far more cosmopolitan flavours on offer. Am I missing a place? Please suggest. Need big ass columbians, desperately!

Hi all,

Will be in SH on 30th for a night.

Just notice from all your posts that saunas has been raided?

So no action going on right now?

How about out calls?

Anyone know any good outcalls?

Thanks!

For those interested, this is information gathered through various sources, I'm not sure which one is true.

Rumor #1. The first sauna raided located at the football stadium. The local government wanted to clear out all businesses at the bottom level of the stadium for renovation. Convenient stores, real estate shops, restaurants, small offices, and others all agreed to move except for the sauna. The government offered them 10 million RMB to vacate, they wanted 30 million RMB. After all negotiations broke down, the place was raided. You can find video and pictures of this event on the net. The whole situation snowballed from here.

Rumor #2. One owner of a legit foot massage shop went to the local press and complained about how his legit business is getting harassed by customers thinking they can get extra services at his shop. He pointed out a few saunas in the surrounding areas. The press went undercover with cameras into the sauna at the football stadium, sent the videos to the LE threatening to air the footage, a few days later the place was raided.

Rumor #3. There was an administration change over the summer at both the city level and police precinct. Note that this is at the city level and not district level, hence the city-wide shutdown. This administration change plus the preparation for the upcoming communist party meeting (Shijiuda), all entertainment establishments were raided. Over a three weeks period over 4,000 places were raided, this included BBS, MP's, saunas, KTV's, card gambling houses, etc.

I tend to believe it is #3, I verified that the administration change was true and everybody knows about the party meeting. If you're one of the sauna rats like me, you'll find your QQ / Wechat groups either in lock mode temporarily or permanently for some. There are some sauna's providing outcalls now, but the number of girls are less than 10 per shop and the prices pretty high. You'll have to have been a previous customer for them to do business with you.

So guys unless you have regulars that you can contact directly, your best option is Manhattan, Judy's or independents. This storm isn't going away anytime soon.

Place should then be opened 24/7.

There have been articles about this in July ie: http://www.shanghaidaily.com/metro/society/Revamp-to-create-big-sports-venue/shdaily.shtml.
Definatly the most likely reason from all the input I got while discussing this with various people too.

To that you can add that Xi Jinping would apparently be expected to visit Shanghai in October and that even legit places will be asked to open the door when a girl massages a man and such. During his stay.

Naughty places will have to close during his visit but apparently this time they are asked to close even before this event. Because of the current tension with the 19th congress and the change of power in the Shanghai admin.

I second your recommendation don't go to places which open like Yuyuan road MP advertised below because its not because its opened that it is safe. Think about it, the chances of getting caught in this period is greater than usual because the police has even less places to monitor than usual. Sure MPs are harder to be caught if its a fully dressed quick HJ. But one thing the LE hates is people going against their recommandations.

There are also rumors than specific districts will be shut forever (ie some people say they want to convert pudong as a model district.).

Well as usual there are many rumors, its likely the current situation is a mix of different reasons.
